Hiking trails, a 13 acre private lake with kayaks canoes , paddle boards , paddle boat and gorgeous views add to your wedding reception , family vacation, corporate getaway, or celebration. Everything from the booking, communication with the host, and our stay exceeded our expectations. Bruce was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay. And we never had a reason to reach out during our stay because the house is well cared for, provided everything we needed, and supplied endless entertainment from the lake, volleyball court, stocked fire pit, and much more. It easily accommodated 17 of us and was a great place for us all to come together for a memorable weekend.

We rented this house for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party with 18 people. The house comfortably fitted everyone and with room to spare! The house was as listed and was fully stocked, more than we thought imaginable! The lake is beautiful with lots of fish! We loved using the pontoon boat and floating water mats in the lake. The owner was easy to communicate with and answer any questions. We are all ready trying to figure out when we can book our next trip.

Beautiful setting and the house was completely set up with everything you could possibly want to do, both inside and outside. Canoes, kayaks, fishing poles, everything you could want for water activities. Inside had pool, shuffle board, air hockey and multiple rooms with large TVs and great sitting areas. Would highly suggest the house for anyone with larger party or multiple families, there is so much to do!

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was extremely spacious and clean. Plenty of room to stretch out. While there are only 4 official bedrooms, the whole downstairs could be used for a family or one person who wants a little additional privacy. PLUS the TV room has a divider to create an additional sleeping space. So really you almost get 6 bedrooms! Everything was in great condition!

The GPS address needs to be provided as the address provided is no where near actual propertyInstruction manual needs to be included especially for TVs. Host told us to google how to operate TVs as he didn’t know how to operate themMost remotes had either dead or missing batteries with no replacements available but that wasn’t the problem. The satellite dish wasn’t operating WiFi password was provided for network that no longer existedWe had to refill empty propane tanks to use grillNo shampoo was provided in showersIf owners are going to rent the property they need to make it turnkey to visitors

Spring break getaway

The private lake, expansive property, and seclusion made this one of our top vacations so close to home. It's like the most upscale camping experience you could ever dream of. Will definitely be back with more friends!

Great place for a retreat

This property was great - there was so much to do (indoor and outdoor from games to volleyball) and the accommodations were very comfortable. We loved swimming in the lake and the scenery is beautiful. The property is pretty remote though, so if you forgot to bring something there isn't much nearby. Would come back!

Great Family Reunion spot!!

Kids, teens and adults all lives our stay here. So many different areas in the home to gather. So many boats and paddleboards. Plus the row boat and peddle boat were a great hit. Game room was amazing, kitchen well stocked. Loved it!

60 Surprise Birthday Party

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my wife’s 60 birthday with family and friends. Bruce had a fire going in the fireplace when we checked in and was very attentive to our needs as it pertained to snow removal during our stay. The accommodations were amazing.

2025 Golf Outing

My friends and I had a great time staying at this property. Bruce immediately reached out when we booked it and was very communicative throughout the entire process. House is beautiful and on its own private lake. Plenty of activities to do between the house and property. There were 12 of us total and everyone had a bed. A lot of great golf options in the area as well. We would absolutely come here again for another golf trip.

Hidden Paradise

The house and property are awesome. Prepare for a challenge with your GPA as you loose service 10 miles out BUT..it was all worth it. Everything about this house and property is awesome. We had poor weather and we still had a great time..looking forward to going back with some sun!!

Hidden Lake Resort

This large, beautiful Hidden Lake Resort is wonderful for family gatherings. Our eight grandchildren ages 10 thru 20 yrs old and the 8 adults really enjoyed the many activities available (volleyball, cornhole, basketball, pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming) WOW! There are so many areas to gather at this resort and/or one can seek alone time on one of the decks or sitting rooms. Bruce, the owner, was very responsible and accommodating.

Fantastic, Peaceful, and Relaxing

This house and property are beautiful. Bruce did an amazing job as the host, we couldn't have asked for a better person to deal. Bruce was responsive, accommodating, and made our stay at this house extremely enjoyable. We will for sure be renting this house and from Bruce again. 5 star top of the line house, property, and owner!!

Golf trip

House was excellent!! Played a few rounds of golf in NY/Binghamton area. Easy ride to a few nice courses. Property was as advertised. Tons of room and very clean! Private lake and property with tons of space and room for any activity. Definitely recommend. Will be coming back!

Amazing weekend getaway

This house was everything we could’ve asked for to celebrate my birthday with a few close friends and family. The house is spacious and on a private lake (although the lake was frozen, it gives us a reason to go return in the summer). Bruce is a great host and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend to stay at his place if you’re looking to spend time with family and friends and take a break from your daily routine!

Jack and Jill Celebration

We celebrated with our closet friends, family and parents for our recent engagement. This was such a beautiful place to celebrate a special weekend especially as we will be married at a private ceremony without any guests, so this was our moment to celebrate with loved ones. The only thing I could have asked for is more time at this peaceful paradise.

Amazing private getaway!

We had a huge party of 20 people and this house was able to accommodate easily! The host, Bruce was in constant communication with us and had even prepared snacks and extra air mattresses (which we didn't end up needing). The house is beautiful and we had the most amazing time on the lake together as a huge party of 20. We did plenty of fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. We also cooked all weekend and the house had enough plates and utensils for all. Highly recommend for a group any size!!
