Early Check-In: $45 (subject to availability).

Pet Policy: First pet $150; second pet fee is $100.

Extended Stay Cleaning: $300 required for stays longer than 28 days.

🔑 Guest Access & Details
Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire cottage, including both bedrooms, kitchen, living areas, and private outdoor patio.

You will also enjoy full access to the shared community pool area.

Trash Service: Conveniently handled for you! Pickup is on Tuesdays. Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the outdoor bins. No need to roll the bins to the curb.

📱 Host Availability
We want your stay to be perfect. I am always available via text message or through the Vrbo app to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with anything you need during your stay.

Please Note Regarding Cancellations: While we strictly honor refunds that fall within our standard cancellation policy window, please be advised that the non-refundable credit card processing/bank transaction fee will be deducted from the final refund total. These payment processing fees are kept by the financial institution and cannot be recovered.
Please respect the home and neighborhood by following these guidelines:
