Make a quick breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen before jumping in to handle the day’s work. A quick dip in the pool and a bite at the Ocean Grill provides your lunch hour respite. After finishing up your workday, enjoy direct access to the beach where you can bask in the Miami sun and frolic in the surf, or venture out for some retail therapy at Lincoln Road Mall before experiencing the celebrity chef dining for which Miami is famous. Whether you are looking to relax and recharge or kick it up a notch, this is the perfect place to experience all that is Miami.
THE SPACE:
• Fully renovated 4 bedrooms + den, 5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony.
• Den includes a full-size sleeper sofa that can convert to a fifth bedroom.
• Spacious 3552 ft² (330 m²) of living space.
• Corner unit with Ocean and City views with Southwestern and Northwestern exposure.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, Bose sound system, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.
GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include:

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include: biking, taxi, public transportation and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. Departure cleaning will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum + tax. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the unit and is at the sole discretion of Setai Resort and Residences
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
• The residence is equipped with sensitive, sensor-operated blinds. Guests are strictly prohibited from placing any objects (including furniture, décor, or luggage) directly beneath the blinds, as this may interfere with the sensors and cause damage. Any malfunction or damage to the blinds or sensor system resulting from guest actions, negligence, or failure to follow this instruction will be the financial responsibility of the guest. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the Setai Miami Beach. Please contact Setai Housekeeping to schedule services. Departure clean will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100.00 per hour (+ tax) with a three-hour minimum. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the unit and is at the sole discretion of Setai Resort and Residences. If excessive cleaning beyond a "normal" final clean is determined to be necessary, additional funds will be deducted from the deposit. Rates for additional housekeeping by request are as follows:
• Daily housekeeping is USD $200.00 (+ tax) for a one-bedroom suite, plus $90.00 (+ tax) per each additional bedroom and will include complete daily cleaning of the suite with complete refresh setup of clean linen, terry, and guest supplies.
• Occasional housekeeping may be requested for $100.00 per hour (+ tax) with a three-hour minimum. Service includes complete daily cleaning of the suite with a complete fresh setup of clean linen, terry, and guest supplies. Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-stay clean to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• Housekeeping services must be requested forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Any cancellation of a scheduled service within 24 hours will be subject to full charge
