WATERFRONT WITH AWESOME SUNSETS! Come enjoy All OC has to offer. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Absolutely stunning sunsets from private covered balcony. Private community picnic area. Over 12 bars/restaurants within walking distance, including Fish Tales. Jolly Roger/Waterpark/ Speed World just 3 blocks north.
Park your car off the street and walk, ride your bike or the Beach Bus to everything. Condo has everything you need including newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom and brand new HVAC. Fish or crab from our dock, get a charter or rent a pontoon, skiff or kayak. Bring your SUP and slide into the bay from our pier. Plenty of clams to be had in the shallows just off the dock. You won’t find a more convenient location. Condo is on a dead end street so no traffic.
POOL with Bar/Grill 5 minute walk!
There is a 7/11 about a block away and the famous OC Minit Market with great fried chicken and subs as well as groceries on 32nd street, you can get beer and wine at both. Anthony’s Liquor and Deli is on 33rd. Happy Jacks Pancake House is at the end of the block, best breakfast restaurant in OC, as well as a Dunkin. Everything you want in a beach vacation is right here!
