The house was modern(love the mini -split), beautiful, clean, and close to downtown. The neighborhood was an admix of new and old housing but felt very safe.

Great stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The fact that we all had our own bathroom was a HUGE bonus! The common area was perfect for us as we had lots of other friends and family members stop by to say hi.

This home was exactly as described, very clean and stocked well with the necessities. Its location is very close to downtown, however, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Great house for friend’s weekend

This house was perfect for our friend’s weekend. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the common areas were great hangout spots. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Boise

We were in town for the City of Trees Marathon and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. A lot of amenities and it was very clean. The king size beds were comfortable and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was just what we were looking for. Communication with the host was excellent and we would definitely stay here again if we find our way back to Boise.

The house is clean, pretty and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood looks a little problematic, but we didn’t have any problems.

Fantastic !!! We would stay again. All the amenities/extras were perfect and very comfortable. Held our family well. Great location for a visit to bsu or your student who lives near by. The beds were comfy and the house is so spacious! The owner was super responsive to questions! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!! 5 stars!

The property was great, and the layout is ideal for our family to give space for each couple. It is just as pictured, very clean, and they even supply coffee. However, the only downside is the street with a trailer park and home next door that are not well maintained.

Host was very awesome and allowed us an early check in which was fantastic. The house itself is brand new and in immaculate condition. We appreciated the attention to detail in the kitchen with all the appliances we would need along with p-touching of the drawers to show us where everything was including reusable tupperware which is always a plus. All three bedrooms have full bathrooms which was a huge selling point for us as we had friends staying with us. Two parking spots in front was great along with a nice backyard and close to Albertsons, the gym, coffee shops, and downtown Boise and the airport!

GREAT accommodations. VERY clean and well stocked.LOADS of towels. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a full connected bath plus a half bath downstairs. VERY large for a rental property. Host was very receptive when we discovered we had left some medicine upon leaving and quickly answered my phone request to allow us access to property after check out time. I hope to stay at this rental again when visiting Boise.

Clean!!

Separate AC per bedroom was great. Options of bath and shower worked great. WiFi worked very fast. TVs, especially in the living room, were very very very slow. Every room was very clean! Checking in and checking out were easy.

We stayed her for our sons wedding. This is the best rental we have ever stayed at. Well stocked, clean and loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. Works great with three generations of adults. Code access was great as people were coming and going at all times. We had easy parking. The one callout I would state is that the street has very little parking. This was a challenge when we had a friend stop by to help with wedding activities.
