Great and cozy hone in a nice neighborhood within driving distance from food. Easy check-in process and great communication with host. Recommended for anyone visitnng the area.

Fabulous

We had such a wonderful stay, we were 3.7 miles to the families home/business and 4 miles to funeral home and same to the cemetery, and close to shopping and restaurants. We will keep this in mind for when we come back to Brownsville.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

This is a beautiful home that is very clean and comfortable. The best part was the dog friendly back yard. I would definitely rent this place again.

Brownsville Stay

Loved the property and layout of the house. My only complaints are that there were only 6 towels for 8 people. Had to borrow towels from my brother's house. Also the floors could use a good mopping. I walk bare foot and my feet were extremely dirty after walking on your floors. But the place is very nice and would rent again.

Birthday weekend

We enjoyed the house we were there to celebrate my husband's 50th. house was big enough and cozy enough for my family to stay. close to everywhere we needed to be. host was responsive. i left my wedding rings there and didn't realize it until way after out checkout. Thank you for the quick response and finding them. Will keep always keep this place in mind when we go and stay in Brownsville. Definitely a great place.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

We recently stayed at this property for a few days for a friend's nearby wedding and were very happy with our visit. We had a minor scheduling issue (us, not the owner) before we arrived and the owner was very amenable in assisting us. Everything was as described by the owner and in the photos. The fans in the bedrooms were great as we like white noise when we sleep, but traveling with a fan is not always an option. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. The patio area was wonderful. Walmart and the main roads were less than five minutes from the property which was very convenient. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family

My family including 2 toddlers stayed for the week. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. TVs in every main room, adequate seating and beds, swing set in back yard for kids, washer/dryer. Lots of little extras to make your stay easier. We will definitely try to book this property again if in the Brownsville area!

As usual this place is always immaculate.

I stay here when I'm in brownsville. It is so peaceful and such a nice place to relax. It's close to everything. And it is squeaky clean. The bed is so extremely comfortable. And the hosts are awesome. I can't say enough good things about this place. I love it

The only thing I would recommend is adding the physical address of the home on your listing, other than that, we were comfortable and the children enjoyed their stay as well. Will definitely rent this place again. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean, Smart TV in every major room even an awesome converted garage with great seating area including a nice bar. Great new washer and dryer. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Host responds immediately if you have a question. He is super nice and we really enjoyed our stay!!

Awesome Property and Location!

My wife found the property and asked me to check it out. I trusted her initial gut feeling and booked it. After we arrived and checked in, I realized how great a find and location it. The pictures and description online, matched what you found when you arrived. Property manager responds very quickly with any questions or issues. Great experience.

Clean and Nice Stay in Brownsville

We rented the home to be near our family's house a couple of miles away. The house was very clean, plenty of seating areas and nice beds in each room. All rooms had fans and Smart TVs which was great for our kids. There is a lot extra storage space in all closets and kitchen area. A nice converted garage for extra entertaining space even though we didn't use it. Nice size backyard also with built in tables, etc. with a BBQ. Only issue was the water heater was bit small for our family of 4, ran out of hot/warm water. The owner was also accommodating for a late check out on for us since we have a late flight out with a reasonable fee. We had comfortable stay.

A wonderful get away weekend!
