The accommodation offers plenty of storage space with a large closet in the entry hall where also the washer and dryer are located as well as a built-in closet in the bedroom.
To complete it all, the condo has double glazed, Argon filled thermal insulated windows and combined with a heat pump, this will help to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
Secure underground parking is provided for one vehicle and a potential for safe storage is included.
