Suite 35B is a garden-level unit in a quiet Lakewood, Colorado cul-de-sac, designed for guests navigating life’s transitions. Whether relocating, traveling for medical purposes, or attending an event, this pet-friendly space is ideal for small groups or families of up to 4.
Situated on a multi-family property with Suite 35A above, it offers privacy, separate entrances, and a shared central heating & cooling system.
🐾 Cat & Dog Damage Deposit Policy
We welcome all cats and dogs, including shedding breeds, while ensuring a well-maintained space. To balance fairness and cleanliness, our pet policy includes fees and deposits (per pet with a 2 pet maximum) to encourage responsible pet ownership.

 Per pet: $75 non-refundable fee, $300 refundable pet deposit
Pet deposits are fully refundable if the space is returned in good condition, without excessive fur, odors, or damage.

 Refundable Damage Deposit – A $200 deposit is collected for incidentals, plus an additional pet damage deposit for pet-friendly stays ($300 per pet). Refunded promptly after checkout.
 Third-Party Bookings: Accepted only if all staying guests are included in the reservation to ensure clear communication and awareness of house rules.
 No Instant Booking – While we do not offer instant booking, we aim to operate efficiently as such, requiring completion of booking within 24 hours to ensure a seamless experience and avoid the risk of cancellation or decline of the request.

Lovely suite! Comfortable, nice neighborhood, quiet, super clean. Wonderful that bi-weekly cleaning is included for longer stays; that was much appreciated.Great host, friendly and communicative.

Clean, roomy and plenty of supplies. WiFi was great and the fruit from apple tree was delish. Anna was very prompt in answering any questions.
