A Top 1% rental, this Million-Dollar Modern day Arts and Crafts fused Farmhouse awaits you literally less than 7 minutes out of downtown Asheville, 3 minutes from downtown Weaverville, all while being nestled in the cozy countryside.

This house sits on almost 3 acres and was built with numerous large windows where the outside and all of it's beauty is warmly invited in.

The new and private Hot Tub is more than inviting.

Enjoy cooking? This gourmet kitchen offers everything a 5 star restaurant would.

Like relaxing in nature? Whether inside the house or out on one of the two large decks that total almost 3,000 square feet, the chance of seeing deer, turkey or the occasional bear is strong. With enough outdoor seating to accompany more than 15 people, comfort is a focus while offering the guests enough space to not feel crowded.

Sports? Close to golfing, hiking, biking, tennis and fishing, the outdoor paradise is there.

The upper deck offers both a covered sitting and grilling area, while the downstairs deck offers a little more privacy with a 8 person hot tub that is always exceptionally clean and is more than inviting.

The house was designed with a main floor open concept so that there is always an easy way of sharing good conversations as well as the frequent good laughs shared amongst good people. The gas stone fireplace that goes 30' up from floor to ceiling is a warm draw for all, especially when lounging on one of the couches or loveseats that adorn the room.

Enjoy reading? If one wants to disappear for a minute or two, there is a comfy reading room just off the main living room.

Breaking bread is always important to do with everyone, and the large dining room has a 12' dining table where 15 people can gather together to share heart felt stories.

The lower level offers a completely different and separate living area that invites others to sit at the built-in bar while maybe watching some sports on one of the two large flatscreen tv's, or maybe witnessing a competitive game of air hockey between friends. The large L shaped couch offers 'fall asleep comfort', especially when the lower fireplace is on.

Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc., you are only just a few miles away.

Wonderful large house with three levels and great soundproofing! We really enjoyed the large dining room table for meals and games. Great covered porch and huge televisions. Perfect for a family reunion. The host is so nice and provides many amenities not found in other rentals! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is roomy, with an open concept kitchen and living room, a nice family space on the bottom floor, and good-sized bedrooms. There is a lovely deck for sitting and gazing over the pastoral grounds, and a relaxing outside space below. The house was impeccably clean and well-appointed, and my six-person family, with two dogs, was very comfortable and relaxed. The house was convenient to everything we wanted to do—it was about 15 minutes with traffic into downtown Asheville, and there is a cute Main Street in Weaverville that is 5 minutes away. Finally, the host George was incredibly hospitable—friendly, responsive, and helpful. We cannot recommend this property enough.

Wonderful stay this past weekend. We booked on very short notice and George accommodated graciously as though there had been months to prepare. The house is spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more!

My group of 6 (3 generations) stayed for a long weekend and were very happy with the accommodations! The home was definitely spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The deck along the back of the house was a perfect location to see wildlife like the turkeys we saw meandering through the property multiple times during our stay, as well as rabbits and even a muskrat (or groundhog, not sure which). The water feature along the front of the house was such a charming addition. The location was very convenient to an Ingles grocery store, Lake Louise Park with a .5 mile paved walking trail, and multiple restaurants, with other grocery stores close by as well. The owner George was responsive, friendly, and helpful, and very easy to work with. I would be glad to recommend this VRBO and if my group chooses to return to the area on our next trip, I would choose to stay here again.

Great Stay

Great time in Asheville!

We had a fairly large group, and everybody had a great time! There was plenty of room for everybody both inside and out. The location was great as well… Close to Asheville,Weaverville, and Marshall. Would recommend!

Wonderful visit in Asheville

We were a group of 9 who truly enjoyed our stay in this amazing house. It was everything we had hoped for; clean, beautiful home and yard, George was very helpful and attentive. We highly recommend a visit here and Asheville is an interesting place to visit.

Amazing Home, Fantastic Host

Can’t say enough about George and his lovely home. We are local to AVL and rented the home for my Florida family to come up and celebrate my 40th. George was an excellent communicator, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and the property was absolutely perfect.

Great stay & host!

Visited Asheville to celebrate a good friend's upcoming wedding. First time for myself and most of the friends I traveled with... the place was excellent and in a good location; easy enough to get Ubers to and from downtown. George also made the check-in process super easy and was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area with a group!

Girls trip

The house was in a beautiful location. It is 15 minutes from downtown and still close to hiking too. The is spacious , clean and decorated beautifully. Highly recommend it!!

Great Asheville Getaway!

Went to get away for an extended weekend with friends to celebrate our recent marriage. This place was perfect! Plenty of space, great entertaining area for everyone to be together, and when we wanted to go into town it was a short 10-15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place for any groups looking for an Asheville getaway!

Excellent place for a large group!

Amazing updated home that accommodated our large group of 12. Lot's of outdoor space, natural light, and a quick 13-minute drive or Uber or Lyft to downtown Asheville. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time! The house is beautiful & huge! Perfect for our group of 12. The location is awesome only 10/15 minutes to downtown. You can uber from here & do delivery which was super convenient. Would definitely stay here with a big group again!

Amazing Home Near Downtown Asheville!

Our group absolutely loved our stay at George's beautiful Asheville property! We really enjoyed spending time outdoors on the deck and in the hot tub! The home was incredibly spacious and clean. George was also super quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay! We would love to come back for another visit soon!

The house was beautiful and perfect size for our larger party of family/friends. George was very accommodating and responsive to us immediately when we had a concern for a grill not functioning like the website said it was, but he immediately took care of it and provided us with a brand new grill because we had planned to grill the entire weekend. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing we used it every night. I enjoyed the back deck to sit and work on my computers when I needed to get some work done and the place had a huge back yard to enjoy while I worked. The mornings we saw lots of deer crossing by the back yard. Would love to come back!
