This home was perfect for a family on an extended stay, extremely clean, and fully stocked with everything needed. There's plenty of space and the views are beautiful. The owner was easy to communicate with, professional yet friendly, and very responsive. We really appreciated our time there and recommend it to others.

Family ski weekend

We had a great time on a family ski trip. The house was fully stocked with everything you need and a cute coffee bar. Close to the mountain for skiing or other activities.

What a perfect vacation house! Soo clean, warm, and inviting. I fell in love with the view and my husband fell in love with the grill! Definitely will stay again!

Such a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for just a short time, but wish we could have stayed longer. The house is very clean and homey. We found we spent most of our time in the house just spending quality time together and enjoying the fireplace and the many family games available to play. I would def. recommend staying here for your Pocono's getaway!

GREAT House and Location

My family and I stayed at this house during a short vacation in the Poconos. This house is exceptional! Property managers are great and easy to contact (and helpful). Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay near Camelback.

Great Experience

Beautiful home, peaceful atmosphere. This was a great stay for my family and I. Our kids and pup loved the open space, game room, and the hilly neighborhood for walks. The pool access was appreciated. Friendly owners made the entire process very easy. You will love staying here.

Perfect for a family getaway

We had a great few days at this house with another family. We all loved the basement game room and the house was well stocked with all the essentials. And of course the coffee bar was a nice plus! We spent a lot of time at Camelback, so the location couldn’t have been better. The owners were easy to work with and very communicative before we got there. Would definitely recommend!

Great House

Great spot, felt private and secluded (deer in the backyard) and Camelback mountain just down the road! Plenty of games in house to keep kids and adults occupied, nice grill, and nice TVs! House was clean and just as described. Owners were very responsive throughout entire stay, we’ll be back!

Great Home Great Host

We stayed here for 10 days and it was so worth it. House was super clean. Host was very responsive. Everything about this home was perfect. Location was perfect. A lot of fun attractions located all within 4 miles of the home. If looking for a home to stay in look no more and book your stay .

Wonderful Stay!

We booked this property in order to beat the heat and get away and it was absolutely perfect! The house is lovely with all of the amenities we could have wanted. The hosts have really gone above and beyond to ensure the house is fully stocked from supplies to entertainment. My 2 sons loved the game room and huge TV and sound system in the living room is awesome. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet too. We look forward to our next visit!!

Ski/Snowboard Weekend

The property was wonderful and had everything we needed. The teenagers enjoyed the game room after the long, cold day on the mountain. The house is very close to the ski resort, which made it very convenient for drop off and pick up procedures. Everyone enjoyed the coffee bar! The communication was excellent with smooth check procedures. We would definitely love to return!

We wanted a family vacation with parents and four teenage cousins where we could relax and have fun (bonus for not involving screens), and this house proved to have it all! We had lots of family fun with all of the games in the house (including ping pong, pool, cornhole, foosball, Pac-Man, cards, and pickleball down the road). (The community pool was closed for renovations.) Host Bob was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The house is well-appointed, beautifully maintained, and the coffee bar was a delight! We would definitely stay here again. (Bonus: Spotting all the deer each day. One even came to check us out from the ridge above.)

Fabulous family home

Beautiful home, has everything you can possibly need for a great getaway. Has a great game room in the basement, along with all kinds of board games, xbox, corn hole, balls, etc. Lots to do without leaving the home. Next door to the water park, outlets and everything else. Was able to check in early and gave us extra time to check out late. Couldn't ask for a better host.

Great spot for a family

Our family enjoyed our stay at Bob and Phil's place. A clean and comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen was a perfect fit for us. We really enjoyed the views and the beautiful wildlife. We were able to see fox, deer, and even a black bear all from our window views. (Which we kept in mind on our walks around the community!) Although we were disappointed the community pool was being renovated during our vacation time, we enjoyed hiking and some state parks that were all in close proximity. The outlet mall, grocery store, and a pharmacy are all conveniently located 5-10 minutes away. Our family would highly recommend the yummy eateries at the bottom of the mountain as well! (Tony's Pizza & Barley Creek were the favorites)

Comfortable/ Quiet

The house was very cleaned when we entered. The owner was also very easy to contact, any questions we had he would respond very quickly! The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet outside especially during the evening. The sunsets from the window were very nice and the mountain view. The games that had came with the house was very fun, me and my family all played together. The community pool was also very nice not too much people or too little people it was a good amount but I suggest going a bit earlier if you just wanna have some quiet or the evening. I would definitely recommend this house to someone else it was very homey!

Lovely home to create family winter holiday memory!

Bob and Phil's place was lovely and thoughtful with many nice amenities, and we truly felt like we were in our own home because we had those items at our own house. I especially was impressed by the coffee bar that they set up - 24/7 cafe for sure. My kids had fun doing the water parks nearby and outlet shopping. We weren't able to ski because of the weather, which gives us another reason to return! I also enjoyed taking walks with our dog in the neighborhood, a nice and peaceful community with gorgeous mountain views. My husband made fire in the fire place every night. Our family got the rest that we needed, and we had fun playing ping pong and pool. It's a lovely home for creating our winter holiday memory together!

We rented this property for the 4th of July weekend. I passed up on cheaper and arguably nicer properties for this one due to the pool access which we never got to use. The description also states 6 smart TVs in house, one in each bedroom. Upon arrival, 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had regular older style TVs with no streaming capabilities. There is no cable either so the TVs just lit up to a blue input screen. I reached out to Bob to find out what was going on and Bob said he would check with his “cleaning team” in the morning. I reached out to Bob the next day to ask how the pool access works since it’s an HOA ran community. Bob told me to grab the pool passes and head down to check in with the front desk before mentioning that he spoke with his “cleaning team” and that they didn’t know where the streaming sticks could be, someone must have stolen them. Ok. His solution was offering for me to take a trip to Best Buy to purchase two fire sticks which he would reimburse me for by mailing me a check sometime in the following weeks. I passed on that. My wife, kids and I all got changed and grabbed our towels to head down to the pool. Upon reaching the front desk, we had our pool passes confiscated in front of a crowd of people. We were told we were being denied access due to Bob not paying his dues for the year. Bob pretended to try to call the staff even though the staff told me they already spoke with him and was unable to rectify the issue (he did not want to pay) Terrible host.
