This 2000 square-foot home is a great place to relax with family and friends! Enjoy a coffee in the morning on the wraparound porch while taking in breathtaking views of the Granby Elk golf course surrounded by the mountains. First floor has a stocked kitchen and large dining area to enjoy it with your group. Cozy up in the living room by the fire and enjoy a good movie or a book. Upstairs you will find two master bedroom suites with bathrooms attached while enjoying the mountains right outside your windows or snuggling up and watching your private TV. Head into our two queen bedroom suites where are you share a jack and Jill full tub/shower bathroom. Explore our delightful loft full of adventure for your kiddos! Games, books, toys and TV for your entertainment! All while relaxing on our bunkbeds single top/double bottom/single pull out trundle. For your memorable evening‘s head out to the porch under the string lights for s’mores by the fire pit. Grab your glass of wine and recline in our seven person hot tub while taking in the Colorado sunset! We want you to get away from your every day life and create lasting memories with family and friends!

Had a few issues with check-in communication and incomplete laundry flip from previous rental, but owner was very responsive.

This house was perfect for our family & the location was very peaceful and scenic. Our hosts were very welcoming and available. We would love to stay here again next summer!

Beautiful neighborhood but lacks the small details

The neighborhood and property is beautiful but lacks the small details. There are 2x4’s holding the doors closed because some doors don’t close all the way and lock . The screens are broken, there was no propane in the tanks for the BBQ or the fire pit so we had to fill that. There were no dishwasher pods so we had to run to the store to get those as well. The ice maker was broken, the ceiling fans don’t work and it was miserably hot. There were box fans in the bedroom closest but that was not enough to cool the house. We had to rewash the dishes and a few towels were also dirty. This property is up for sale so I don’t know if the owners just don’t care anymore. Which is a shame because it’s a beautiful house in an amazing neighborhood

Winter vacation

The experience from start to finish was amazing to say the least, the house was beautiful so so clean. We had everything at our disposal.Everything with in 5mins of the beautiful home. And the homeowners were exceptional great.

Great for groups

We had a lovely time at the house. There were 3 families total with 1 small child each and the space worked well and location was lovely.

Great home in a beautiful location!

We had family members from different areas of the country come together for a long weekend in Granby. The house was perfect and roomy, so convenient to skiing, grocery and restaurants. The views for the front porch are especially beautiful at sunrise. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing!

Quiet family vacation rental

Nice, new neighborhood which wasn't busy at all this time of year. Easy access to groceries. Twenty minute drive to Grand Lake or Winter Park with options to stop and explore in between in Granby or Fraser too. Convenient to ski across the street at Granby Ranch or Winter Park. In the rental itself the beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is a nice winter bonus. Property owners are also very responsive.

Perfect family location!

We come to Granby every winter to ski for a few days. This house worked perfectly, only a couple minute drive to Granby Lodge. Also, very near a grocery store, pizza, gas station, etc for anything you may need. Plenty of room for our family! Very easy stay and the garage was great to keep things overnight. Host was very open to communication and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

Wedding

I booked this property for my family and wedding party to stay for our destination wedding to Granby. The property was perfect, just as advertised. Very clean. Has great views, and was a wonderful place to have as a homebase.

Beautiful mountain home!

This house was wonderful for a long weekend away. It’s a beautiful new rental in our favorite Granby neighborhood! Although the weather didn’t allow us to do much outdoors, we were thankful to be stuck inside this warm cozy home! It was only my husband and I, but we could easily bring our whole family with all the rooms!

Christmas Family Vacation

Granby Elk Ranch was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for our family and we loved the location. Close enough for skiing and tubing without the crowds…quiet and secluded. Wendy was very helpful in providing information as this was our first trip to Colorado. So happy to have found this cabin in Granby!

Perfect family rental

This house was perfect for our large extended family! Lots of rooms and bathrooms to give everybody space. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. Great location, close to Granby, shopping, and the golf course. Great place to spend a quick getaway or a family vacation!

Amazing new home in a beautiful setting and neighborhood!!!!

Josh and Wendy are excellent hosts and have a beautiful new home. We had a party of 8, my 3 kiddos, my wife, a boyfriend and my in-laws… when we travel we need space, a place to cook, and plenty of bathrooms, this place had it all. From grilling on the patio, drinking coffee on the Adirondack chairs and looking at the mountains. Are visit was to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, it was a short drive right up the road. That made our trip easy. Granby is a beautiful little town, far enough away from the larger towns. Peaceful, beautiful, enjoyable… wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would recommend this place highly!

Great Stay in Granby

Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) had a great stay at this house. It's well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the wrap-around porch which provided great spots to take in the view no matter what time of day, the fire pit was our nightly gathering spot, and the number and size of the beds made it really easy for two families to share the space comfortably. We'd definitely stay here again.
