We are just so excited to give you a chance to stay in our brand new home. Don't miss the opportunity to be one of the first people to enjoy staying at this beautiful new home!
LOCATION
Our favorite thing about our home (and the main reason we decided to purchase this particular property) is the location. You'll find yourself right in the heart of Garden City where you can walk a block to get a famous Raspberry Shake from Zipz, La Beaus or Ephraim's. Walk across the street to grab pizza from Summit Pizza Co or grab mexican from our favorite Cafe Sabor. These are just a few of our favorite places, so try our recommendations or head over to your favorites. The best part is that you won't have to fight the chaos of finding a parking spot!
KITCHEN/DINING
We've stocked the kitchen with all of the cookware you might need. We've got everything from a blender to a slow cooker, from pots and pans to a coffee maker. So just bring your favorite foods & we'll have everything you need to prepare them once you get here.
LIVING ROOM
There is a sofa on the main floor, but the main gathering area is upstairs. We found the biggest & comfiest sectional that we could fit and provided extra blankets so you can cozy up and watch any of your favorite movies or TV shows on our 65 inch Smart TV.
BEDROOMS
A sign of a good vacation is being exhausted by the end of the day. We've bought top of the line mattresses (with 4 pillows on most of the beds!) so that you can sleep well each night and wake up ready for the vacation to continue! For your ease in planning, here is the exact layout of each of the bedrooms:
Master: King Bed + Pack-n-Play (sleeps 2 + infant)
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3: Queen-over-Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4)
All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. The master has an en suite bathroom and the other 2 rooms share the second bathroom.
PARKING
You'll have your own private garage plus the two spaces on the concrete in front of it. If you need more space than that, the HOA owns a field adjacent to this home that they use as an overflow parking lot. So bring your boat, jet skis, snow machines, 4 wheelers, RZR or anything else you can think of, because you'll have the space to park them! And Bear Lake is one of the best places in the state to enjoy all of these outdoor adventures!

Our property management company provides an app that you can download during your stay. Inside the app, you'll find a comprehensive list of every restaurant in the area along with their recommendations, lists of some of the best hikes & ATV trails, lesser known activities to do off of the lake as well as so much more. And the best part is that we've coordinated with local companies to get you discounts at many places!
LARGE GROUP ACCOMMODATION
One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.
*Note: as of May 2022, there is occasional construction nearby that may be a bother to some guests
