Nice Marco Island stay

Very nice accommodations! Traveled with my husband, mom and the dog and we all loved the pool!

Spring Break 2024

House is a little dated but very clean. A little too far from the beach. The pool is brand new but the landscaping needs lots of work in the back yard.The pool needed to be cleaned everyday. My family did not use the pool . Not worth the price if you can’t use the pool .

The lot across the road from the house was a group of burrowing owls to watch if your into bird watching. The house was easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn’t eat at the same place twice so plenty to choose from. One draw back would be that the outside air conditioner was by the pool so when it came on it was a little loud but the pool was clear, cool and very private with a few of yard games to play. Would stay again!

Nice Home-great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well kept home in quiet neighborhood. Bikes on the property were a plus as this home is within biking distance to Publix and restaurants.

Great Experience and a then some

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a business trip and then a little R&R. The house was great and meticulously clean. The furnishings were very nice and inviting, it felt like home with a coastal flair. Full of sunlight all day with lots of windows. Coffee on the screened-in front porch in the mornings and games in the back yard in the evenings. It was located very close to stores, restaurants, shopping and Veteran’s Park by walking, biking, or driving. The beach was a short bike ride or drive – we did both. The beach equipment and bikes were much appreciated. You can tell that all the little details and needs of guests have been carefully thought out. It was a great experience, and we didn’t want to leave.We love Marco and have been coming for years and always stayed on the beach each year, but we so appreciated the quietness and privacy of the neighborhood tucked away from the busyness of the rest of the island. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.
