Very beautiful property. The host was very quick with responses. The house was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. Plenty of parking. The hot tub was fantastic. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing from this property. The beds were so comfortable. We all felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Very close to the Blue Ridge downtown. I would give this property a 10 star rating.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was perfect, check in was easy, the home was spotless upon arrival, it was overall the perfect little getaway. We will be back!

I booked a stay for a reading retreat with my book club - there were 9 of us and we absolutely LOVED the house. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The pictures are accurate and for 9 adults, we didn't have any problems with the sleeping arrangements. I would love to book a another stay since we didn't get to use the bonfire space (it rained a lot) or the hot tub! My only suggestion would be for a long table on the patio because outdoor dining with that view would be AMAZING!! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

So much potential

The day we arrived it was raining but then started to hail so driving up the steep hill was very scary (even scarier leaving) the cleaning lady was still inside cleaning so my sister and her family had to sit in in their vehicle during the hail storm. Finally when I arrived 10 minutes later I walked in trying to locate the lady to let her know we were all going to come in due to it being past check in time and the storm outside was lightning and just not safe for us to stay in our vehicles. We had just arrived after long drives some over 8 hours and some over 6 hours. She had dirty towels, the floors were not cleaned downstairs yet, bathroom rugs were dirty, fridge was not cleaned the chess board downstairs looks like it hasn’t been touched since the day they installed it. She left and didn’t take the full trash bags by the front door and I had to clean the fridge in order to put anything in it. When I opened the fridge I noticed tape on the fridge door inside. Like the tape for wrapping presents. When I closed the fridge door I noticed I could see inside of it. It wasn’t sealing so all meat went bad 2 days later. Finally I got a response. They did pay me back for the meat. The board outside on deck was not screwed in and unsafe but no one fixed it. Only 1 shower at a time because no water pressure. Master bed is broken and the lower level is an icebox. The vacuum is broken they have no hangers and bring your own laundry stuff. Couch and chair were also broken.

Regarding the maintenance issues, we have fixed the unscrewed board on the deck and resolved the water pressure problem, allowing multiple showers simultaneously. The broken master bed has been repaired, and we have taken steps to improve the temperature control on the lower level. Additionally, we have replaced the broken vacuum and provided hangers for your convenience. We apologize for any confusion regarding laundry supplies and have clarified the instructions for future guests. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process. Your feedback has been instrumental in improving our accommodations, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future, providing a much-improved experience.

Had a great family weekend in this cabin! We enjoyed the patio views overlooking the mountains as much as we could. Great location, only a few minute drive to downtown.

This property was exactly what we needed for my kids and grandkids to spend some quality time together. Plenty of room for everyone inside and outside! Very clean! Drive was easy to find and paved, not gravel, which was important in the mountains. It was secluded but actually just off the 4 lane highway so very easy access and short drive into town. The view from the back porch was just beautiful!!

This place is perfection. It had everything we needed and more. The hostess, Bri, is amazing. Great communication and went out of her way to go above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We didn’t have a problem with anything. The beds were the BEST! Everybody talked about how comfortable they were. We loved it so much. We will definitely be back next year for the Scottish Festival in Blairesville, Georgia. It was only 45 minutes away. The whole vacation was FANTASTIC!!!
