Unforgettable holidays

We are a group of five friends who were looking for a holiday in Mallorca. We absolutely loved it because we were able to relax on the sunbeds and swim in the pool, which we had completely to ourselves. The kitchen is spacious, and we could all cook together as it is large and fully equipped with everything we needed. The living room is very big, and we enjoyed watching movies there. It truly felt like a dream because the house is fully equipped to enjoy the perfect holiday.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful village with a few things to improve.

The house is located in a cute, small village that is very peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. It’s spacious and perfect for anyone looking for some peace and quiet. We rented a car, so getting around was absolutely fine, especially since the village itself is very small. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need for cooking. There are just a few things that could be improved: 1. Cleanliness: The house could really benefit from a deep clean and a few minor repairs. We didn’t feel comfortable using the dishes without washing them first, as the kitchen cabinets were quite dirty and could definitely use a thorough cleaning. 2. The pool: Unfortunately, the pool was extremely cold. Even with temperatures around 35°C outside, we couldn’t stay in the water for more than about five minutes. This was a bit disappointing, as we were really looking forward to enjoying the pool. 3. The trash: The trash disposal area is a short drive away and requires a card to access. The accommodation mentioned that no trash should be left behind, which felt a little excessive to us. We completely understand not leaving all the trash accumulated during a 10-day stay, and we didn’t intend to do that. However, having to completely empty all the bins before check-out, especially when the disposal area requires a specific access card, felt a bit inconvenient. Other than these points, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el alojamiento. Estaba todo muy limpio, es cómodo y tranquilo, y el acceso es muy fácil. Además, cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia: utensilios de cocina, productos de limpieza y todo lo necesario en el baño. No nos ha faltado de nada y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. ¡Sin duda, un sitio muy recomendable!

Hemos disfrutado en familia

Lo que más me ha gustado es que tenía una barbacoa perfecta para preparar las comidas de mi familia. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo nadando en la piscina, viendo sus canales favoritos en la televisión y durmiendo cómodamente en camas individuales. Justo al lado, además, hay una habitación ideal para que puedan jugar. La casa es preciosa y está muy bien ubicada teníamos tiendas cerca para poder comprar todo lo necesario. La recomiendo totalmente y, en nuestras próximas vacaciones, queremos volver en invierno para disfrutar de la chimenea.

Sehr schöne wohnliche Finca mit kompletter Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage, sehr angenehm. Die Geschirrspülmaschine könnte erneuert werden.

Tolles Haus abseits der Touristenspots

Das Haus ist toll, wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern für 14 Tage da, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren stets ansprechbar und alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt gegenüber des Freibades und einer Schlosserei und an der Ecke der beiden Hauptdurchfahrten durch Costitx macht es tagsüber etwas lauter, aber in Costitx ist insgesamt nicht viel los, daher war es für uns absolut ok. Wer aber perfekte Stille sucht, ist hier falsch. Costitx ist ein verschlafenes Dörfchen, in den Läden und Cafés hilft es, ein bisschen Spanisch zu können, aber alle sind sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht. Inca ist zum Shopping mit dem Auto in 12-15 min erreichbar, bis zum Strand fährt man gut 35-45 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

Ruhige Finca im kleinen Ort

Die Aufteilung für zwei Familien war sehr gut, jede Familie hatte ihre Privatsphäre. Der Ort war sehr ruhig und trotzdem gab es 2 kleine Bars mit Snackangebot zum fairen Preisen. Wir hatten 2 kleine Probleme, die schnell behoben wurden, auch die Eigentümer waren sehr bemüht. Das schöne Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade der Poolbereich müsste langsam erneuert werden. Steine und Fliesen bröckeln ab. Der Pool hätte etwas sauberer sein können, auf dem Grund, in den Ecken hat sich schon viel angesammelt.

Schönes sauberes Haus, leider laut

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Haus mit Pool war auch sehr gut und sauber. Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber liegt ein Schwimmbad. Man hätte dies deklarieren sollen. Dadurch gab es ständig Lärm. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren rar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett (erkundigten sich am 2. Tag, ob alles in Ordung ist oder etwas gebraucht wird) und sehr schnell bei uns, als es ein kleines Problem gab, das auch gleich behoben wurde. Das Haus und die Außenanlage waren sehr schön. Es gibt schon einige Ecken, die Erneuerung gebrauchen könnten. z.B. die Bäder könnten mal renoviert werden und im Pool könnten Fliesen ausgewechselt werden.

Wir werden wieder hier wohnen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen, da es sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und wir haben den Pool in vollen Zügen genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig liegt alles in der Nähe. Wir suchten Ruhe, und dieses Haus hat sie uns definitiv gegeben. Wir werden für unseren nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

excellent séjour

magnifique maison aménagée avec beaucoup de gout. les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés. nous étions 5 adultes et n'avons relevé aucun point négatif durant notre semaine passée dans cette superbe location

Great holiday in a lovely house with very helpful owners.

Had a great holiday in this charming house. The owners Xisca and Bill couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed playing table tennis and when we were paid a visit by the owners to check everything was ok (it was all great) we joked about needing floodlights to play into the night...the next day they were round with a floodlight to allow us to play after dark!!! (it didn’t help me win). They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is well equipped for a holiday stay and the pool was small but more than ample for us with small children. Thank you for a happy holiday.

Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay in Costitx and Xisca was a great host. It's a lovely little town and allowed us to travel the whole island within a timely fashion. We did have a car though. The house itself was clean, had good amenities, had plenty of space, a nice pool and ample shade, very welcome as the temperature was quite high during our visit.
