Relaxing & Quiet

We just returned from a week's stay at this place. It really is peaceful and relaxing. It was in a perfect location, close to family. Everything we needed was available. Martin and family are wonderful people. We will definitely return again. Thanks for a fantastic holidy.

Stay in Goshen

This cottage is a wonderful place to stay with the quiet hills and amazing views. The owner was very attentive although no issues came up. I would highly recommend this place for any travellers.

Great place to relax

The scenery here was unreal and The owners were very accommodating and available if there were any issues which there were none. I would highly recommend this for your stay in this area.

Lovely, comfortable cabin

This was exactly what we needed after a busy day driving and hiking. The accommodation was in a great, quiet location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Accommodations were great everything was there that was needed waking up seeing the horses so close by was beautiful..Martin and his family were very accommodating there were hosting a pig roast and we were welcolmed by all .It was amazing ...we will sure to be back

Cosy place and beautiful landscape

All was perfect! The owner is friendly, the place is clean, quiet and cozy, and the landscape is beautiful! We visited the Sherbrooke village at 30 km, and the attraction we have impressed us.

Bucolic!

Off the beaten path but worth the trip. The house was perfect, the view spectacular, and we enjoyed the animals, especially watching the horses in the field. We would come again if it wasn't so far from PA!

Secluded and quiet. Farm setting with horses, cows, and chickens. Absolutely beautiful night sky with spectacular stars. Large great Dane was a sweetheart

Gorgeous in Goshen

A hidden gem in Goshen! Our host Martin was there to greet us when we arrived. He showed us the property and made sure we had all we needed before returning to his home on the property. Beautiful appointed cottage with deck chairs overlooking great vistas.

Awesome place

We absolutely loved our stay, we hated to leave. The owner Martin and his family were so kind and always had a smile. The pig roast we were invited to was so yummy. We hope to return again it's beautiful.

Peaceful

We requested quiet and solitude and that's exactly what we got. Our host was gracious, asked us if we had everything we needed after the first night, but remained respectful of our request. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Spotlessly clean cottage. A definite thumbs up!!

Martin is a great host with an amazing property.

Highly recommend staying here. Super quiet and relaxing. Unit has all the amenities. Beautiful natural surroundings. Clean fresh air. Easy to find. Will come again for sure.

Total peace and quiet!

From the directions given, this property would be difficult to find, but using Google Maps, it is simple. Obtain the address first, and you will find a wonderful oasis! The cabin we had is very well appointed, with a super comfortable king-sized bed. The host, Martin, has a great sense of humour and is very willing to share info about his cattle, horses, and miniature donkey. We were gently greeted by two large (!) Great Danes with endearing demeanour. I highly recommend a stay at this farm!!

Beautiful rural location

We loved the cottage with kitchen and wood burning stove in the living room. Great farm setting with horses and pigs. The host Martin and his wife treated us like friends. Horse riding and a forge are also there.

Quality time in Goshen

My wife and I just wanted a weekend away to relax and reset the headspace, this stay was perfect. The cottage had everything we needed and the hosts were amazing. We're already planning a return visit and might even let the kids tag along next time🙂

Joe and Malcolms Fall Fishing Trip

Remote - and just the way we liked it. Directions from Goshen could be improved a little - Fisher Mills Road is not off the main road through Goshen but we found it OK. Property is adjacent to the farm and Martin was there to greet us complete with his great danes, horses and miniature pony and donkey. Property is new and well laid out with everything you need. Ask Martin to show you his forge and the fantastic items he produces (he offers courses in blacksmithing and riding). The stars at night were amazing to sit back and enjoy. Highly recomend this destination to anyone looking for a getaway.

Beautiful Views and Hosts

I came to see me daughter at STFX for the weekend and booked a night. All I can say is my daughter and I loved it. The cottage is beautiful, clean and the views were spectacular. Martin and his family are wonderful people and my daughter and I enjoyed speaking with them. I will definitely return what a wonderful spot and stop, sit back, look around and remember whats most important in life.
