The chef will adore the bright space, with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a butcher block island. At mealtime, the kitchen opens directly to the dining room, or grab a bite in the inviting sunroom, with three walls of windows.

After a day at a downtown museum, shopping, or at the beach, come home to relax in the central AC.
