We service our bikes ahead of the busy summer season and will make sure they're checked again based on your feedback. In addition to the bikes in our garage, guests have complimentary adult bikes at the Lake House (along with kayaks, SUPs), and if additional bikes or sizes are needed, our guests receive 50% off rentals at the sunriver bike barn. One of the best parts of staying at our house in Caldera Springs is the location the amenities in the house as well as within the community with the pools and all the fun nearby. Guests to our house also have access to the brand-new Forest House facility, which includes a state-of-the-art gym, multiple pools with water slides, hot tubs, and great spaces to relax after a day of adventure. Jeanine, Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad you enjoyed the home, well-stocked kitchen, bikes, and the pools, waterslides, lazy river, and other great amenities at Forest House. Our hot tub is professionally serviced weekly year-round, and the home is cleaned between every guest, with additional deep cleanings performed seasonally, so the hot tub and floors you described are certainly not our normal experience. I'm glad our local management team was able to address the hot tub quickly, and I'll be following up with them regarding the cleaning. We'll also take another look at the mattresses and overall bed comfort. One mattress was replaced just a few months ago, and we haven't previously had concerns with bed comfort, but we'll inspect each bed and make any adjustments needed.
