Great location for access to Johnson Beach. Quiet street, almost no traffic. Grocery stores and restaurants are close. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay

We had a family vacation here with our two girls, their spouses, and 3 grandkids. We absolutely loved the area.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The check-in process was very easy, and we arrived to a clean and welcoming space. All of the rooms and bathrooms were consistently well-maintained.Although the pool was not open, the beach being right across the street more than made up for it. The area was full of things to do, and it’s conveniently located about 30 minutes from Gulf Shores.We enjoyed everything the strip had to offer, and our stay in Perdido was quiet and perfect for our family. We would definitely choose this location again if it’s available!

The house was beautiful and clean. Lots of space. They had tons of beach and pool toys. So don't take up space in your car like I did. They allowed us to check in early since it was ready. Plenty of dishes. Great location, a few minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Sooo close to the beach! Can't complain at all.

The house was exactly as described. Clean, perfect for a large group. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the balconies. Pool was just across from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and not crowded. The host was easily reachable and responded most times very quickly. One of the smoke alarms had a battery problem and a beeping sounded every few minutes. I informed the host, but didn’t hear anything back. Overall very enjoyable. It was a little way to the beach. We preferred to drive. But there was available parking. Just a short drive to many restaurants.

The house is absolutely amazing. Super clean and nice lay out. The location was amazing as well. The beds were a little uncomfortable and wires poking us in the side but other than that everything was incredible.

Exactly as pictured. Very friendly staff and easy to get a hold of if needed. Best located to everything not too far from shopping centers.

Family vacation

The house was just as described…spacious and nicely decorated. There were a couple of small hiccups upon arrival but management was very attentive! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely reserve again!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

We loved the closeness to pool and ocean. The house was very sand when we got there. One of two master bathroom sink was clogged and I was unable to find the number to call for maintenance.

Perfect Location

We came to Perdido Key on a family trip without knowing a lot about it and this house turned out to be the perfect location! You walk out of the neighborhood and are just steps away from Johnson Beach which is a part of the Gulf Shores National Park and the perfect place to set up for a day on the beach. If you treat this house like a beach rental and not a hotel…the amenities were to standard. You will need to bring toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. but the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location

Very close to Johnson beach which was not too crowded when we were there. The main floor room has a king bed, up stairs the master bedroom has a king and a pull out couch, the third and last room has 2 bunk beds (2 full and 2 twin). The living room on the main floor also has a pull out couch. The place was beautiful and our family enjoyed it very much. We had 9 adults and 3 kids (3-8). The place is clean, there were no extra toilet paper or paper towels. There are pots and pans to use but no oil, seasoning/condiments available. Not too big of a deal, would stay again!

Great vacation home

We found the home very comfortable for our family of 8 adults and 2 infants. The kids had plenty of playing space inside & on the patio when we were at home before going to beach. We opted to use the Gulf Islands National Park beach which is just a 5 minute drive and it was perfect. We would park about 10 minutes from the beach but first drop all equipment & people except the driver. Definitely a great time was had by all. The only concern we had was the upstairs master bedroom mattress cover was stained and we did not know that until checkout. It needs attention or replacement for future guests. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Thank you for your review. We have already remedied the AC issues. Regarding a place to rinse beach items, there is a shower across the street at the pool to rinse off as well as a hose to rinse items off. Also, there are 2 beach access points as well as small walking trails east of the condos and before you enter Johnson beach that the locals use and its free - a short 5 minute walk

Spacious house in a great location

The home itself was wonderful. Tons of space inside and out. The proximity to the neighborhood pool was also a plus. Overall the house was clean, but it could’ve really used a dusting. Many surfaces had clearly not been dusted in quite some time. The property was also lacking many essentials. The property management company provides one trash bag, no extra toilet paper, one rolls of paper towels, and one tide pod. We stayed for five nights, and for a house that sleeps 14, that seems a little bit silly. They told me we needed to provide our own products. It is such a simple thing for them to provide these items and such a convenience for guests. Overall we had a nice time.

This is an excellent location for a large family. We had room for all 14 of us and the beach was just five minutes. The pool was a hit with the kids in the evening for a time to wind down. I highly recommend this place!

Fabulous home close to National Seashore at Johnson Beach

This home is beautifully decorated and spacious! There are porches off the living room, dining area and the Master. The National Seashore is only 1/4 Mile away and has no condos or homes for an authentic beach experience.
