Had a wonderful month-long vacation at this beautiful property, just steps to the beach. In a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great place!

Had a wonderful stay. The owner Christopher was very responsive to all communications. The beach was great and not busy at all. We would definitely stay again.

Right on The Beach

A quaint property just out the door and down the pleasant walkway to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. The interior was new and fresh with a full kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrella provided along with beach towels. Great find.

I have been vacationing the last four summers on the east coast of Florida from Clearwater Beach down to North Redington Beach and this condo we stayed at in North Redington Beach was by far the nicest. My daughter, her best friend and I stayed in the condo and the listing was very clear and precise. The location is so perfect; there wasn’t a ton of people any where, the beach or restaurants. You could go to any restaurant near the condo, and not have any wait time. John’s pass was right down the road with plenty of excursions to choose from, places to eat, or shops to go in on the boardwalk. The condo itself was perfect and clean and the rest of the building was extremely well taken care of! Not to mention the sweet neighbors that live there. Lastly but certainly not least, the host was super communicable. Not only did Chris send a list of all the information we needed for our stay around 24 hours in advance, but also had a full detailed description of check-in and check-out duties, places to visit and the most popular restaurants around the area in a fully descriptive document shortly after making the reservation. Chris also said we could check in earlier and offered an extended stay before our scheduled dates; no one was renting the condo at that time. Any time I sent a message he responded in a very timely manner and was very courteous. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay there for the years to come!

We Really Enjoyed It!!

We loved the convenience of being right on the beach and being able to walk back to the condo to get a quick bite to eat using the stove top and air fryer they provide. The beach is amazing here! It wasn’t too crowded, and my son and I had more than enough room to throw the football to each other while on the beach. The full closet in the bedroom made it easy for us to access our clothes after we unpacked them. We enjoyed the board games that were provided in the unit. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great location on the beach. Very nice facility. Just the right size for two people. Very clean and nicely decorated.
