We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide plenty of space for groups to spread out comfortably. The upstairs master suite includes a king bed, Roku TV, and ensuite bathroom, creating a private haven for restful nights. Another upstairs king bedroom and a queen bedroom offer more space to settle in, while the basement features two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another with a queen and a twin bed. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to help ensure quality sleep.

Kitchen & dining
Meals come together with ease in the fully equipped galley kitchen, where stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker are on hand. A natural flow connects the kitchen to the dining area, which seats six, making it simple to serve meals while staying part of the conversation. Whether preparing a holiday dinner or laying out quick snacks before heading out to explore, this kitchen provides everything you need for daily convenience.

Comfortable living spaces
Two open-concept living areas create room to unwind. The main floor living room is bright and welcoming, complete with a Smart TV for streaming. Downstairs, the second lounge doubles as a game den, featuring foosball, a giant Connect 4, and another Smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for both kids and adults.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready without a wait. With bright lighting, large mirrors, and a mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination, the setup is designed for comfort and efficiency. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hotel-quality towels are stocked for your stay.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

There are two fireplaces on site, but they are currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
