Art filled German Village House. Double lot fenced in yard with 2 car garage

You will absolutely fall in love with German Village. For those that have never been, it will knock your socks off. Our brick house is in fantastic location for easy access to all this 19th century village has to offer. Our location is also great for events downtown and the university district. The 2 car garage, which can be a rarity in the village makes a stay headache free:) Our brick house sits on a large double lot (another rarity in-the village). The garden is completely fenced in. Inside, the house has 2 private bedrooms and a third connecting room that sits in between the two bedrooms with a day bed for an additional 5th guest. The dining room has Heywood Wakefield furniture and a great MCM vibe. There’s a full kitchen, plenty of comfy seating in the living room and 1.5 baths.

My stay was very pleasant, the location was excellent for walking the community and the host gave excellent communication and the property was accurately described and extremely comfortable.

Everything about our trip was great. The house was clean, cozy, and plenty of room for the four of us. The location was perfect. We didn’t drive anywhere the whole weekend. There were so many places to explore within walking distance. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. She offered many recommendations. I definitely don’t hesitate to recommend this place.

This was an amazing and fun property! Beautiful decor and lots of comfort. Great location in the middle of German Village. Short walk to restaurants and some shops. The village is a sleepy quiet neighborhood with tons of charm. Our favorite part was spending time sitting on the back porch in early morning to watch the bunnies and squirrels.

We had a great time at this small house. It had just enough room and was toasty warm on a cold winter day. It is neatled in a safe neighborhood and the backyard was great for our little Pinto Bean.

Allison was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The home was charming and extremely clean. Use of the garage in inclement weather was a definite plus. We would stay here again. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed our stay. This was the second time staying at this property. It was clean and ready for us before our scheduled time which was a plus. We loved having a place to park with the garage and the fenced in yard. You’re also in walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants within the German village. Overall a great experience working with this host.

Our whole family stayed here while my husband attended a conference. We have 3 kids and the place was perfect for us. Very convenient with washer/dryer and full kitchen.Very nice neighborhood! About 10 minutes from Downtown and from COSI. We felt safe and we made wonderful memories in this place! Allison is very nice and replies quickly to messages. It's a home away from home! Would stay here again! 10/10 Would recommend!

Best spot we have stayed at yet in German Village! The garage, yard and house were amazing, and the communication with the host was great all the way through. The yard was spacious and neighborhood area quiet and very walkable to the park and restaurants. We will stay again!
