The Space:

Five bedrooms, three full baths, room for twelve, and a layout built for a group that actually wants to be together. The home unfolds across three floors, each one giving someone a place to land.



The heart of the house is the kitchen — a bright, fully stocked space with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a four-seat island where the range lives and the conversation never stops. It opens into a dining area that seats eight and a living room with a gas fireplace, so the cook is never cut off from the crowd.



When the plates are cleared, the game room is where the night goes next. A Foresight golf simulator anchors it — play Pebble Beach in your socks — alongside foosball and ping pong for the grudge matches. Outside, a private putting green on lush turf lets the golfers keep at it.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 12 across 7 beds):

• 1st floor: King bedroom beside a full bath with walk-in shower — private, accessible, perfect for anyone skipping stairs.

• 2nd floor: Three bedrooms — two kings and a queen — including a master en suite, plus a full hallway bath with tub and shower.

• 3rd floor loft/bonus: Two king beds plus a double and an extra living area — a flexible retreat for kids, teens, or the late-night crew.



Every bath is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace keep the one person who has to log on happy, and there's a washer and dryer on site.

You'll have the entire home to yourselves — every bedroom, all three floors, the game room, the kitchen, and the full backyard with hot tub, fire pit, putting green, and grill. Check-in is contactless via smart lock, so you arrive on your own schedule with a personal code — no keys, no waiting, day or night. After booking you'll get our Guest Portal with check-in instructions and everything you need before arrival. Our team is a message away and typically responds within the hour.



PARKING



Free street parking on the Fifth Street side of the house, with room for about 5 vehicles. Please note the curb along N MLK Blvd is painted yellow (city no-parking zone) — vehicles there are ticketed or towed, so keep to the Fifth Street side and at least 30 feet back from the stop sign at the corner. If you're arriving with a larger group, message us before booking and we'll help you plan.

After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information.



You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.

We’re happy to welcome pets in our property! We allow up to 2 pets, and there is a $100 pet fee per pet. Please inquire and let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can add the fee to your reservation.
