Host was very communicative and kind. Extremely accommodating to help extend my stay and offered alternative options. Great stay for anyone needing to stay local or easy commute to the city

The host was extremely welcoming and responsive - very professional in all ways. That was a stand out. The apartment was also very well equipped and designed- it was a lovely place to stay.

Like new!!

This rental was just as described, had a perfect amount of space for two adults overnight. Everything was like new and had everything I needed. Host communication was excellent!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this one I have to.My girlfriend and I stayed at this place for 7 nights, the moment we checked in we see signs telling us about all the charges we would receive if we didn’t follow their cleaning rules. Mind you, they charge me an 100 dollar cleaning fee on top of all the cleaning we were expected to do. With that said, the dishes had food residue stuck to them, the soap dispenser in the bathroom completely just fell off while using it, the floor had dust and food all over it, and the sheets had dirt marks. I texted the owner the same day within 2 hours of check in about all the things we found and they say they checked photos and have the place “professional cleaned” before we checked in. And the cherry on top of all of this, they have the audacity to bill me for the soap dispenser we “broke” and two random towel fees for towels that need to be “replaced”. I personally would consider elsewhere, the location however was nice and if your okay with doing a little bit of cleaning and having random fees its alright, but I would look elsewhere.

Great longer-term stay near Manhattan

We were in town for medical appts in Manhattan, and after 10 days in hotels w tiny rooms and hefty price tags, found this little gem in Elizabeth, NJ. The apt provided so much space for two of us, with all the amenities for living (laundry, cooking). It was decorated like a home away from home. Sonya was our coordinator, and wow, she was amazing, responding in minutes to our needs and questions. Parking was super easy in the street, through longer-term stays have access to the free attached parking garage; the nearby town center had great, friendly vibes. The drive into Manhattan in non-peak hours was reasonable at about 40-45 mins. Great solution for anyone needing to be near Manhattan for longer periods.

The place itself was fairly clean, but what bothered us was that they wanted to charge extra for every teeny tiny thing which was off-putting. For example if you wanted to check in an hour earlier there was a fee, there were notes everywhere such as "$25 per item if makeup does not come off", etc.. Everywhere there was a note, but everything felt one way and unwelcoming. Okay as a convenient place in new jersey that was relatively clean but wouldnt go back.
