This was an amazing property which fit our needs perfectly! We were on a family vacation, and the layout of the property was perfect for our group. There was ample parking. And the property was within walking distance to the Ball Park, restaurants, and walking areas along the river. We all felt safe walking, even after evening baseball games. The location was quiet, even though there happened to be a festival at the other end of Monument Ave throughout the time of our stay. Not sure if there would have been more car traffic and noise if the festival didn't have one end of the road closed. I would definitely return to this property is we stayed in Dayton in the future.

Amazing place to stay. Very quiet streets and neighborhood. Easy access to food, parking, shopping, etc... PLUS, dog friendly! We had a fantastic, comfortable, non-stressful, private weekend. Thank you!

The best of Dayton

The property is absolutely stunning and is a perfect location for a large group. Having three separate apartments in the reservation allows you to spend time with a large group while still having your own space. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants/bars as well as entertainment like baseball or broadway. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful property. Comfortable beds and bedding, all the “fancies” of a 5-star hotel (including nice robes in every bedroom closet). Michael was a perfect host; responsive and accommodating. We housed our whole family (5 couples) for our son’s wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Michael and team!

Like other guests, we came from out of town for a wedding. The apartments are all lovely in their own ways, stocked with quality kitchen items, bath products, and candle lamp warmers. The entire building smells wonderful. There definitely is some level of trust involved with the rental as the property houses a wine bar that has beautiful items in its spaces. I'm glad I was there with our adult children, and not young ones. In the penthouse bedroom I do think some sort of table or chest would be helpful as a holding area for our belongings. There is ample space (truly gorgeous) but I ended up having my items like hair care, and make-up, and jewelry on the floor. And this is minor, but the pull-out couch (downstair apt) could use a vacuuming of the mattress pad. Thank you, and we'd love to come back!

Perfect!

We stayed at the mansion on Monument for University of Dayton’s graduation weekend. The property is a perfect place to stay for a large group. The three apartments allow everyone to have their own space. Each apartment is decorated wonderfully with every amenity imaginable. My only regret is that we didnt know about this property when my son started his college journey four years ago!

This spacious property was just what we needed to have our bridal party and kids under one roof! We love the location, just steps from our reception venue in Downtown Dayton. The host was responsive and allowed for an early check-in!
