Fantastic location and Super Cozy!

Great location, super clean, great for a weekend getaway and already planning out next stay! Place was awesome and can’t say enough great things about everything we liked! Definitely a 5 star review!!

A few days in Lodi.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of people out walking. Easy walk to restaurants and downtown businesses. Very enjoyable stay and affordable.

Well-appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed and lightning fast wi-fi. Great communication from the Owner, and no issues during my stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the Lodi area.

Great home away from home visiting relatives in the area. Had some problems with WiFi and door entry code but they were quickly resolved.

Easy walk to downtown Lodi. Simple check-in and check-out instructions. Useful kitchen large and small appliances if you wanted to cook for yourself or a family.

Everything was great. The only drawbacks were the no manual hardcopy house key for added security And the plethora of gross bugs (I got devoured by greedy mosquitoes while sitting on the welcoming front porch one evening in the sunset)Thank you American Oak Cottage Hosts

The host was so friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed. The charming guesthouse is in a picturesque neighborhood that was so enjoyable to walk through with my dog. I will definitely go back the next time I travel to Lodi!

Adorable cottage, great location

This is our second time staying and was a clean and comfortable as we remembered. It’s a fantastic location; steps to the cute shops and in a historic neighborhood. We come down to Lodi to visit family and enjoy having a peaceful place to unwind.

Lodi Adventure

Sweet, cozy cottage that included everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Close to downtown, movie theater, restaurants. Will book and stay again when we come to visit family again.

Terrific Time.....great little house close to downtown

We had a marvelous time in Lodi. The house was perfect and very comfortable. Nice that it was so close to downtown for shopping and restaurants and we could walk the short 2 blocks to a massage appointment! Reading reviews, we were a bit concerned about potential train noise, but this was not a issue at all! We will stay here again the next time we are in Lodi!

Cute House in a Great Neighborhood

We loved the house and the neighborhood. Short walk to downtown. The owners are very responsive. We will definitely rent again!

Cute little cottage

We stayed with our son and 1 dog and it was great. It was clean and easily accessible. Close to downtown Lodi and loads of wineries. It was perfect for the 3 of us and our dog.

Family get together

Good location, clean, simple to checkin and check out. Neighborhood a bit noisy with trucks idling in the AM and train whistles throughout the evening. Would have liked an outdoor space although since it rained the whole weekend, didn’t matter in the end. For wine country, would have expected appropriate stemware. Overall a nice place.

Quaint and comfortable

I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone traveling in a small group! Easy to find, quiet neighborhood that is walkable. Definitely visit Guantininos around the corner for woodfired pizza! The cottage itself is well appointed and comfortable. I only used the main bedroom, but just know that the second bedroom is very small, only about the size of a walk in closet with a double bed. I did enjoy sitting on the front patio with my wine in the evening, though, and would stay again. Communication with the host was excellent.

Very nice property

Great location for visiting Lodi, walking distance to movie, restaurants (breakfast lunch and dinner), three blocks from main downtown area. Easy driving to dozens of wineries. Quiet and everything you need to spend quality time away from home. On my Favorites for sure.
