Be our guests! Perfect for traveling with large groups and families. This home is very unique with 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, private backyard with outdoor dining and a fire pit! Just outside of Downtown Denver and within 5 minutes from Olde Town Arvada with amazing restaurants, bars, entertainment, & Light Rail station. Easy access to I-70 for a quick trip to Denver attractions, historic Golden, Red Rocks, and Boulder.

Relax near the fire pit after a full day of mountain activity or whip up a meal in our newly renovated kitchen as you sit back and enjoy views of the mountains and trees from the deck. The open floor plan makes gathering with friends and family in the beautifully appointed kitchen effortless and memorable.

The entire home has been tastefully furnished and designed! Attention has been given to every detail in this gorgeous house. If you want a relaxing feel right outside the city with a luxurious touch this is your home. There will be no mistake that you are on vacation when you stay here, this property is a true gem.

Great for family reunion

We had a family reunion for a college graduation and the lodging was a perfect fit. Great open kitchen and dining area.

Air conditioning unit did not cool efficiently and it was hot at arrival. The most disappointing was the long time it took to contact the host. The second day of our stay the door code malfunctioned so we could not get into the rental, and the host did not answer for a long while. The call center tried to help but couldn’t contact the host either. I have rented multiple properties and this is the first time the host was very hard to contact, especially when the only option was to communicate via VRBO inbox. The host was helpful after she made contact with us.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

Had a wonderful stay here with several other couples to go to a Red Rocks concert. Was in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Had a few people go out for AM runs. Was conveniently located to all that we wanted to do. There was a minor plumbing issue but the hosts were very easy to communicate with and promptly had it repaired without it affecting our stay.

It's in a really nice neighborhood. They just need to do more to make the accommodations more comfortable. There was no propane in the fire pit. They told us to go buy our own. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken the washer and dryer didn't work well the couch and seats in the upstairs living room are so uncomfortable. You could hardly sit there and hang out for long very cheap furniture. It's a really nice neighborhood and quiet. The Keurig coffee maker upstairs didn't work after a couple of days and the one downstairs never worked. It says it needs to be cleaned.They just need to do more to make the house more accommodating and comfortable hard metal seats around the kitchen table. we just feel like we paid quite a bit of money for five days and it wasn't a very comfortable stay for our family. It's a really large house, but you have very little seating area for people to congregate that's comfortable. we asked two weeks in advance to check in early didn't get an answer. We all had to sit around in a coffee shop all day and then we're told two hours before and that we could check in early by that time. It was really pointless.

Communication & Early Check-In: Early check-ins are never guaranteed as turnover schedules depend entirely on departure times from departing guests and cleaning protocols. We communicated this transparently 13 days before your stay so alternative plans could be arranged for your early arrival. On arrival day, as soon as our cleaning crew finished ahead of schedule, we proactively messaged you over 2 hours before standard check-in time to offer early access as a courtesy. Propane & Amenities: When you notified us about the propane tank on your arrival evening, we responded within 6 minutes with an offer for 100% full reimbursement if you chose to exchange it at a local store. Maintenance & Comfort: Our property is furnished to accommodate large groups comfortably, and we regularly maintain all appliances and amenities. We wish you had reached out during your 5-day stay regarding the washer and dryer, toilet seat, or Keurig machines, none of these issues were mentioned to us, and had we known there was an issue, we would have happily sent someone over immediately to fix or replace them for you. We appreciate your stay with us and wish you and your family all the best!

Arvada Stay

Amazing property. Perfect for a long weekend where we spent time in downtown Denver and at Red Rocks. This location was a perfect middle ground for both. Holly was very accommodating and got back to us immediately with any questions we had.
