Recently updated freshly painted two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Central air conditioning. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.

Entire apartment. Separate entrance- simple to check in and check out.

Very terrible experience in this apartment. Last Friday night, when we got into the apartment and try to take a shower, we turned on the shower but the shower tube was broken. And we text the host, and sent the picture to the host and showed him which was broken. And told him that the shower tube was broken, we can't take a shower. But he didn't ask any thing and said they checked everything before guest arrived, that means he said we broke it . Too disappoint that he even not ask anything, and said we made it. And then he said their manage is coming to check it, and we wait until Sunday morning, still no body come to fix this problem. And the most surprised thing is that, this morning, he send a text to us, and ask me to pay $175 for the fix fee. How could this happen. we hadn't do anything, and we couldn't take a shower for all two days and had been waiting for them for two days, but no body show up the deal with that. And then he get back to ask us for the fix fee. Too terrible!!

Accommodations not worth savings

Small apt upstairs in a very shady run down neighborhood. Water pressure low amd shower faucet barely put out any water. Only give a few towels for 5 day/4 night stay asked for more never received. No laundry. Tandem parking if parking in driveway not expressed on listing. Crack and peeling paint on walls/ceiling. Huge crack in living room. Very small tv. No drawers to put clothes away. Very little dishes. Spiderwebs when you enter. Host responded very fast when messaged and check in was easy. We left a day early due to it being so uncomfortable. Was true only 5min to the falls which was great

Minimally adequate lodging

The place is old and run down, paint is old & cracked & place needing remodeling badly. The bathroom was minimally adequate, it had a sewer gas odor possibly because the toilet was not secure & rocked. The tub/shower setup was very poor, water leaks on the floor & tub mat is soiled/mildewed… didn’t want to use it but had to. There is very minimal kitchen utensils/appliances are nill. It was quite overpriced for the facility and depressed neighborhood area. We were not impressed and would not return again. Sorry to have to provide this critical review but it is accurate. The owner does communicate info on a timely basis and the door locks were secure.

We did not stay there. The grass was not mowed. Nothing was kept up outside. It looked run down. I don't think no one should rent that apartment.

Convent little apartment.

It was a convenient little apartment. Worked out perfect for my family of 4. It was close to Niagra Falls and the attractions.The kids called the house "The Squirrel House". Lol.

Price, privacy, location and communication was great. I really enjoyed my stay, location was close enough to the falls, yet far enough not to hear other tourist. Again Thank you!

It has all you need for a short stay !

My family and I spent Columbus Day weekend. 3 adults we fit comfortably. The check in/out process was extremely easy with clear instructions to get in and out. The apartment has the northeast charm. The location was very convenient with supermarket and a several eateries around. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Niagara Falls

Had to knock spider webs off front door before entering. Beds were very comfortable. House was somewhat clean. Close to Niagara Falls. Host responded right away when contacted. We had a nice overall stay.

The property and the surrounding region looked badly maintained. The beds were comfortable but everything else seemed unclean, old, unsafe and badly maintained. There was no body wash or anything, just one opened most probably used bar of soap, an attic that looked straight out of a horror movie with no latch, a stinky trash cash with trash in it, sink with leaves in it left by previous tenant, tiny bathtub, dirty closet, etc. It's a good deal for sure but not ideal or safe if staying with family.
