Three Bedroom Entire Apartment Great for Families.

We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

This beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment can sleep 6 people in beds. Minutes from the Falls by car or bus.

It includes three bedrooms, a living room, a sunroom, a dining room, a full bathroom, a full working kitchen, and WiFi. Central air conditioning and heating.

Each bedroom has a bed, closet space, and a dresser. The two larger rooms also have ceiling fans.

Includes a sunroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes, full dining room with seating for six guests and a living room with a Smart TV for you to log in to your Netflix or other streaming service.

There is a separate rental unit above and it has old hardwood floors, so there is the possibility of noise from other guests. If ever there is an issue please call or message me.

Great stay, Location, Rest

My family had a nice stay and restful sleep. It was clean with enough extra towels and blankets. Very quiet. It had been a long while since I last booked a VRBO so I forgot where to find the check in directions, but the owner was communicative and patient with me irregardless. Highly recommended.

Host Very Responsive

I had several questions and a couple requests and each time the host responded and complied immediately. The house was older, but immaculate. Floors are hardwood and creaky, so can hear every step. Use caution in the older tub, especially if someone is a senior or of shorter stature. The neighborhood was older, but like other reviews said, we felt safe and neighbors were very nice. It was only a few blocks from a nice park for walking. Thank you very much, James!

Two issues: Take off the shoes and leave them outside in order to leave the property the way we've found it. The bed in the 1st room is making a lot of noise when turning on.

Family and fun

Totally as or better than advertised. Great location, we have family all over Niagara Falls and found this to be a great commuting hub. Beds were comfortable, shower worked well, the kitchen was well equipped, parking was easy, and the host is very nice. The living space and dining room were not great for visiting and chatting in comfort, a positive for two generations from three states. We also found it to be safe and comfortable to walk in the morning. Overall, we would highly recommend this home.

Good property with minor defects

Everything is good but couple of issues 1) bath tub is too small and very slippery. Water is not draining properly. My parents slipped twice. 2) Cooking oil is not provided

Nice, spacious, comfortable apartment

This "apartment" is really the first floor of a two-story house. We found it to be very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable, which is probably the most important consideration for us. James was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Although much of the city outside the state park is pretty run-down, this property is in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood within easy driving distance from the falls. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a little more up-front information on things like how to activate the keypad on the front door lock, how to access TV channels, etc. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and we'd recommend this property!

Niagara vacation

This home is about a 10 minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park and on a quiet street with well kept homes. We felt safe in this location, and there is now a keypad to both the exterior door and the interior door to the lower rental unit. Since we arrived late and are night owls, I was very concerned about our noise level as we could also hear the creaking of the floors above us. The home isn't overly comfortable for lounging around, but worked for our purposes on a weekend trip.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for the family to spread out a little bit and take a break from hotel rooms. The kids really enjoyed it too. The neighborhood is nice. The Falls are quite close, so we used it as a launching point for exploring the area.

Family vacation

The apartment was very clean, it is spacious emough for the 6 of us. The owner was super quick to respond when one of our children had an accident. He had the house keeper bring a new set of sheet promptly. The street that the apartment is on is probably the nicest streets in Niagra Falls. The laundromat is very clean and nice during the day. The parking is a bit odd as you have to park on different sides of the one way street after midnight. The owner does live upstairs and requests that there is a quiet curfew after 10pm. The wifi has a strict parental control setting that limits the attractions that you may want to look at. There are some other odd rules, like no shoes in the house and tabacco smoking has to take place off the property. The furniture is dated, sparce and uncomfortable. The only television is dated, slow, and mounted akwardly low to the floor. It also only has one option for streaming services, netflix that you must log into your own account. The biggest issue is that of the surrounding neighborhoods. This area is extremely poverty stricken. Many buildings have been boarded over. Pine Street, or little italy, has very few signs of improvement

James was quick to respond and everything about the rental was as expected. The neighborhood seemed friendly, and the house was in a great location to the falls, food, and stores. We enjoyed it!

Niagara Falls

The property was clean and as described. It was close to the Falls, which was why we were in New York. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of sleeping room for our family of 5. The bathroom and kitchen were well-supplied. The living room furniture was sparse and not particularly comfortable and we weren't allowed in the back yard, so there really wasn't a good place to gather as a family once inside the apartment. Overall, a good stay .

Niagara Falls is great to visit any time of year. We have great hiking, restaurants, attractions and tons of scenic views. We have a casino if that is your thing, as well as a lot of shopping destinations. Niagara Falls is a great economic base for visits to Toronto, Buffalo, and even Rochester.
