Perfectly located directly in the center of the Salt Lake City valley. There are various restaurants and shops nearby. Close to Cottonwood Canyons, Rio Tinto Stadium, and two malls. Guests will enjoy a private house with a fully fenced yard and 2 car garage. All kitchen items needed for cooking are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

I had no problems what so ever. Their were plenty of places to eat near by. The house was perfectly fine. The street the house was on was quiet. I was mostly only there in the evening time. I would stay there again if back in town without hesitation.

I was so lucky to catch this house available with very little notice. I was a bit concerned about the noise when I realized how close it was to State Street, but surprisingly it was a very quiet neighborhood. When I pulled in the driveway, the house seemed smaller than the picture shown, but when I entered the house, I was blown away with the size of the home. The home was very well stocked, and even though we never cooked the kitchen seem to have everything. The fenced in yard was very helpful traveling with our small dog. I would definitely book this place again.

Great place to stay

Very clean, organized and lots of space to hang out. Beds and the couch were very comfortable and the host was great and quick with responses.

Nice place to stay

We were in town for a wedding. Location was central for our needs. The place was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dogs. We are happy with our stay.

We stayed here for a graduation and to see family. Lindsey was super responsive the couple times we needed her. The home is older with the main floor refinished beautifully. We drove but the home has absolutely everything anyone could possibly need to stay and prepare meals if they were flying in. It is off of a main street through SLC (State street) but is remarkably quiet and felt safe. We were able to easily walk our dog throughout our stay in the neighborhood and everyone we interacted with was kind. The home was clean, WiFi was excellent and the host provides streaming services. We did not have our dog off leash in the backyard but certainly could have. Would definitely stay again!

House is beautiful. Fenced yard and garage are a plus. Very well equipped. Lots for cookware, spices etc. location is good. Would definitely stay here again.

Utah visit

This was a great stay! The living spaces were all comfortable and the owners were thoughtful in providing everything a person would need. The beds were very nice and living room couches too. Highly recommend!

Great stay!!! Never needed to contact owner for any assistance. Extremely clean! Great location! Quiet neighborhood!! Beds were comfortable! All rooms had ceiling fans which was so nice!! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!

Great Location, close to ski bus

This house was perfect for our ski vacation. It was close to the ski bus as well as all the amenities! We had 1 glitch with the dishwasher put they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay again.

The house is very large, extremely comfortable and well appointed. Lindsey was super easy to deal with, easy to navigate different areas from this location. Really good Chinese at Asian star restaurant! Amazing breakfast sandwiches at base coffee just down the road.. the house was perfect for our needs, thanks Lindsey!!

Work vacation

Had to be in Salt Lake City for a conference. Wonderful place to stay. Close enough to everything that we wanted to see while we were in Salt Lake City. If we are ever needing a place to stay again in Salt Lake we will definitely stay here again.

Well taken care of

This home was everything that it said it was. The own was so wonderful in communication with us, and the home was a perfect size! The beds were super comfortable and not one complaint!

Conveniently located

The house was conveniently located for us. Because we had dogs, the backyard with a nice lawn and chairs, enclosed by a fence, was a huge benefit.

Great for a week long stay

This property was great for our family of four. Kids and two large dogs did great. Only downfall was the bedroom outlets couldn't accommodate our three prong chargers. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Places described correctly in the review. Went for skiing and not one trip took us longer than 30 minutes we skied snowbird solitude Brighton and Park city started at nine on the mountain. Left the house between 815 and 830.Upstairs is completely redone downstairs a little mre dated, but more than comfortable for our stay.Beds were comfortable - only suggested one of the guys made was to have some standard pillows easily accessible (not used to the king pillows) We really didn’t go through the closets so they may be there, but not upstairs.Easy check-in and checkout. Tons of places to eat around 5 to 10 minutes away

Cute comfortable house with fenced yard

We really liked the house and the location. Quiet neighborhood. Old neighborhood but well maintained. It has two bedrooms, one bath upstairs and two bedrooms, one bath downstairs in the basement. Has plenty of room For an average size family.
