Come relax in our beautifully updated Punta Gorda Isles home. Enjoy its open indoor/outdoor layout with palm trees and waterfront views of the canal. All rooms connecting to the Lanai open up to the outdoor space with heated pool, patio table, and bbq grill. Enjoy cooking in this gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and all high-end appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with bowls, pots, dishes and coffee maker/grinder. Access the dock and enjoy all of the aquatic nature that the canal offers. Enjoy the use of kayaks, fishing poles, and bikes in the garage. Have fun playing shuffleboard too!

Enjoy all of the conveniences nearby with restaurants at Fisherman's village and Farmers Markets downtown PGI.
Home is close to Fisherman’s Village to restaurants, tiki bars, ice cream, treats, boat rental, cruises, shopping, etc. 15 minutes from PG airport and 45 minutes to Ft Myers airport. Boat dock with close Harbor access. Watch beautiful sunsets from so many spots.

Quiet Hours 8am - 9pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. No loud music. Automatic fine of deposit for unauthorized event or noise complaint.

Parking: park in driveway not on street or grass. Any RV or boat parking in driveway requires advance permit, 7 days only per city of Punta Gorda.

Help us take trash/recycle to curb for scheduled pickup, it prevents odors/pests and keeps nice for our next guests. Trip charge $50 and add’l fees.

Not a whole lot of things you could complain about houses in a great neighborhood very clean comfortable my dog enjoyed his stay and so did we. The only thing I could say was be nice if the pool was a little bit more private.

We had an amazing stay here. Very clean, spacious home. We were in town very briefly for a bodybuilding show and this was perfect for us and relatives to stay and relax. It was great to be able to enjoy the pool! Super great host! Great communication and they also gave us recommendations for food! Great! Just great!! Our fur babies enjoyed their stay as well!

The home was spacious, very clean, well appointed and had great amenities! The host was helpful and prompt answering a few questions we had - that was greatly appreciated! Our family enjoyed the dock, kayaks, fishing, the pool and patio. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Lovely pool home with a great layout that offered plenty of space to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed our stay, as the house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, yet close to shopping and restaurants. The host was extremely communicative, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.

The home and pool area were very clean. We enjoyed our time here. We will definitely stay here again. The area is close to things to do, and far enough away for quiet. Natalie is very responsive and helpful with the checking in and checking out process.

We had the best time, Natalie is the best host. Quick to respond with any questions we had. House is spacious, the pool is wonderful and the views are spectacular. House was very clean and fully stocked. We would definitely come back here again. Close to downtown and Fisherman’s Village. This was our yearly sister trip.

Very nice property. Pool was very convenient as we were about 45-60 minutes from beaches, so on days we didn’t want to pack and drive to beach we would do a pool day. Well stocked house with supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We didn’t do kayaks but they have 3 or 4 that you can use as the house is on a canal. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive. The only issue we had was that the grill needs some professional cleaning (or maybe even to be replaced) as there were some flare ups the one time we used it. Great place to relax in the peace and quiet.

The house and pool were amazing! The pool area was so relaxing and the pool being heated made it even better. The house was just like the pictures and the neighborhood is so quite and beautiful. Natalie was super nice and quick to answer any questions we had. You lack for nothing at this house, it literally has everything! Stay in this beautiful home, you will not be disappointed!!

Communication with host excellent. Lovely location. All rooms but one open to pool area. Quiet neighborhood. Kayaked to a restaurant and the gulf. Can bike to nearby restaurants. TV in pool area a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Some nice restaurants and shopping only 15 minutes away.

Clean property, everything as advertised. Fun games and kayaks. Nice pool that was heated for us on arrival. Natalie is a great host, communicative and check in and check out were a breeze. Great location walking distance to our relatives. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool was clean and heated. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our days by the pool and playing cards at night by the pool. The host was very nice and very responsive to our questions. We are looking forward to our next stay in Punta Gorda!

Beautiful home and so nice to have good weather to use the pool and bikes. Appreciated all the extras they have available at their home. Natalie was very responsive and welcoming. We would stay here again if we are in the area in the future.
