We invite you to enjoy 'Aftermath,' our 4th generation family cabin on the ocean, 7 miles north of Bodega Bay, 5 miles south of Jenner. Experience the drama of the sea right outside your living room windows. Sleep to the soothing music of the waves. Wake to a walk on the sandy beaches of Duncan’s Cove and Wright’s Beach. Venture out and explore Sonoma County's unique treasures including the charming villages of Bodega, Duncans Mills and Guerneville. Wander beneath the centennial redwoods of Armstrong Grove. Taste award winning wines of the Russian River Valley. Among our favorites are Rochioli, Gary Farrell, and Lynmar. Watch the sun sink into the sea from the warmth of your ocean perched hot tub. Relax, revitalize and relive the day’s events.

Creature comforts include three flat screen smart TVs, Roku and YouTube TV, Netflix and HBO Max, high speed wireless Internet, enclosed garden patio, deck with hot tub overlooking the sea, and indoor gas fireplace.

Comfortable floor plan includes two master bedroom/bathrooms, both with Cal king beds, adjoined by great room - kitchen/dining/living room area. There is a sofa bed in the family room.

Ideal for one or two couples and a couple of kids.

Another wonderful stay at Aftermath! This is our 5th year of coming here and we’ve made it an annual tradition. It’s not too far from restaurants in Bodega Bay and Jenner. The Kortum trailhead is just down the road and provides amazing ocean views. Thank you, Beth, for sharing your wonderful home.

Had a great stay here! The views were spectacular and the space was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and got to see some beautiful sunsets! Would love to come back!

Loved the property. Gorgeous view. Really could have used a washer and dryer with 5 days there. Also could have used hot pads in the kitchen. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened. Bed in the smaller room had what we thought might be poop on the bedspread. The coziness of the home and the views can't be beat tho.

Things we love about staying at Aftermath - The views, sunsets, hot tub, fenced courtyard, easy beach access, coffee on the deck, cooking meals, our dog can come, quiet neighborhood, comfy sofas, decent beds, seeing dolphins & whales, seeing deer eating flowers on the hillside, and slowing down in general enjoying the calmThings we hate about Aftermath - Leaving Same time next year!

A great Sonoma Coast rental with ocean and beach views uninterrupted by Hwy 1 traffic. Always our first choice for that area. Family owned for generations.

This cabin is the best. We started out 26 years ago, tried many places, we keep coming back here and have decided that this is the only cabin we want! The view, the cleanliness, the host, all are wonderful!

This was my third stay here so you know I like it! It’s one of my favorite places to stay. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The floor layout is great with en suite bedrooms on either end of the great room. And then of course there’s the wall of windows facing the Pacific Ocean! We saw many great sunsets, cooked some delicious food there and ate at several local restaurants. I hope to return yet again someday.

Aftermath is such a beautiful, relaxing spot. The house is clearly well-cared for. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is the best. You can sit all day and watch the ocean from inside or out and walk down to the beach when you need to stretch your legs. Easy drive to bodega bay or the Russian river valley. We will definitely return again!

Aftermath is a wonderful home that has been beautifully maintained. It was super clean and fresh. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We went to Bodega Bay for our 49th wedding anniversary and I have already booked it for the 50th! Thank you for sharing your paradise with us.

The property is in need of updates furniture and pillows were tattered or torn, had a pet odor along with musty smell, there were ants coming out of one of the outlets in the kitchen, we had to wash everything before using anything in the kitchen. The bathrooms have been updated and are nice, the location and views are great, we did not use the hot tub, the deck off the hot tub area needs to be attended to no railing seems dangerous if you have small children.
