Ideally located between Gloucester Road Tube Station (1 minute walk) and South Kensington(2 min.) A newly refurbished, very quiet flat of 76m2 with open views onto Stanhope Gardens Square. Its a pretty Grade II listed building and the flat covers the entire floor (no noisy neighbours ). The pictures are not taken with special wide lens and I feel they speak for themselves. The flat was properly refurbished and decorated to high standard for my own children. Location is absolutely TOP.

We loved our stay! Such a wonderful and quiet respite from the busier streets of London. Very easy access to both tube stations, with plenty of fab places to eat so close. We stayed for 2 weeks and were very comfortable in the flat. Thank you!

Great property and great location. Everything was described as is in the description. The location to both train stations was great. My only add would be to have a second fan so each room could have one.

Great stay

Wonderful location for our family of four. Everything needed was within walking distance, and right in the middle of two tube stations. Flat was equipped with everything that was needed for our 4 night stay. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely return if we find ourselves back in London!

Perfect property!

Two couples, just returned from our first trip to London. Entire stay spent at this property with day trips out. The location is central to everything and could not be better! Two train stations located just a short walk away. Beautiful, quiet flat, located across from a park, very clean, check in was so easy, washer and dryer is a plus to make packing easier. All comforts of home included. There are many stairs to climb to access the flat, but we quickly learned that EVERYTHING in London contains stairs. This location and selection was a great way to immerse ourselves in a true London experience!

Perfect London Apartment

Fabulous location with a lovely park view across the street. Short walk to the subway train and bus route. Apartment was comfortable for four adults.The host and apartment manager were attentive with answering our questions.

Absolutely lovely flat

This flat was perfect. So close to the tube station, the check in process was so easy, and the place itself was great, clean, and well stocked for our needs! The host and the property manager were very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable, convenient, relaxing

Wonderfully appointed flat situated across from Stanhope Gardens. Easy/fast walking distance to two fabulous museums as well as excellent restaurants, food markets, etc. Sightseeing tour buses pick up right around the corner.

Great Location

Wonderful stay in Kensington

Angelika's home was lovely, clean and well-appointed. The location is fantastic, close to the Glouster Road station and walking distance from the V&A, Harrods, and Hyde Park. We were met by Angelika's representative when we arrived who was always available should we have any questions or need anything. We would absolutely recommend this apartment. Thank you Angelika!

Perfect little flat!

We had four of us staying in the flat. It’s super cute and well kept. Nice spacious kitchen and living space for a visit to London. The dryer didn’t really function well which was kind of a bummer but I notified the keeper and im sure they’ll get that fixed.

Southwest Florida Family of Four had great stay

Lovely, modern apartment in beautiful neighborhood. We are a family of 4 with an 18 & 16 year old who had a great stay just after Christmas. Property manager met us there in the morning and was very helpful. Modern kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. Lots of stairs up to the apartment. Great location; we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Lovely apartment, perfect location!

Wonderful apartment full of character! The bedrooms were quiet with comfortable beds and pillows. It’s a third floor walk-up so be mindful if you’re a heavy packer! The property manager, Bill, was kind enough to meet us and give us help with our bags. We travel to London often and would stay here again!

An absolute gem!

This was a very comfortable flat for our family to stay in. It's located in a lovely area with easy walking distance to the tube, grocery store and restaurants. We loved that it had a clothes washer and dryer! Bill met us at the flat when we checked in and instructed us on how to use everything that we would be using as well as establishing WhatsApp communication before he left, in case we had questions later. Communication with Angleika, the owner, was great through the entire booking process. I highly recommend this flat. There ARE a lot of stairs, as is accurately described in the listing.

Nice stay at cozy, really well located apartment

We had a great time in this apartment. It's really well located, the kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans and basic cooking items (oil, salt etc.), it has lots of light, doesn't get too hot (and it was really hot a few days in London when we were there, so we were really grateful for that!), and the beds are very comfortable. Beware that it's high up and the stairs up to the apartment are not for the faint of heart. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Well presented apartment in great location

This is a cozy recently renovated flat in a great location. The 3rd floor walk up was not a big issue for us, but obviously could be with toddlers/infants. The upstairs neighbours can be loud in the evening - I would say this was the biggest negative - but otherwise this was a very pleasant flat for a short stay.

We loved the location of this apartment. Beautiful/ safe neighborhood, nearby restaurants and bars. The apartment manager made special arrangements so that we could check-in late, which was greatly appreciated, because our train from Liverpool didn't get in until 9:30. Loved everything about this apartment. There are 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. Didn't bother us much, but beware if you have difficulty climbing stairs.

Beautiful apartment

Stayed here for a week. Perfect location - very close to both Gloucester Road and South Kensington station. Cafes, grocery stores and restaurants all a minute walk away from the front door. Heaters in living area weren’t working at the time but manager gave me warning - I used the oven instead to heat up the front room. Bedroom heaters worked fine. Beds felt like clouds so comfy! Walked to Hyde park and Buckingham palace on the first night as they are nearby. Overall, beautiful apartment for London and had a lovely stay.

Fantastic Location

The apartment is a quick 2 block walk to the Gloucester Rd Underground station which made it perfect for us to see all the sites in London. The beds are comfy and the pictures are accurate. It had everything we needed including laundry, which we appreciated. Lots of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops & grocery options within a few blocks. Short walk from the Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, Kensington Palace and Gardens and Hyde Park. Only potential issue is the 3 long flights of stairs to the flat. This could be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. It was not a problem for us. We loved it and highly recommend.

Great property in an ideal location!

I've been to London (from Canada) about a dozen times, and this property helped this trip be our most memorable yet. Location: this has got to be the best feature of the flat, it is centrally located with short walking distances to some of the most connected tube stations, museum district, great food, and grocery stores. The neighbourhood had it all, but was also quiet and quaint enough we felt at home. The flat: a quintessentially Victorian historic building, it was well appointed and had enough space for our entire family. Although our trip was focused on site seeing, it was great to have a spacious living area, kitchen, and cozy beds to relax in after a long day walking about. There was nothing this place lacked and we felt immediately at home when we arrived. Logistics: great communication throughout the booking process, arrival / departure from the owner and their property manager. Very easy to work with and we felt comfortable we were in for a treat immediately after choosing this flat. Overall, would not hesitate to stay again!

Great flat in South Kensington!

This flat had a great location and the owner and property manager were both very gracious and friendly. Good amount of space for a two bedroom and two bathroom. Kitchen and common area were nice and airy. Very helpful to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. One recommendation is to clear out the clutter in the closets and shelves, as it made it hard for us to store our clothes and items when there were many existing items for us to maneuver around. Removing some of the clutter would make the entire flat seem larger as well. Also, the common areas could have used a good dusting, but the flat was otherwise very clean (e.g., kitchen and bathrooms were clean). Otherwise, we would stay here again!

We are small family with two children and a little dog. We have lived in London for 8 years and only recently moved to Vienna. We are not running a business out of this, but covering the considerable costs of maintaining a flat in the most expensive London district. I have bought and refurbished this flat for my own children and therefore it looks and feels like a real home and not some empty airbnb business flat. With its high ceilings and amazing free views it creates an atmosphere of space and calm which is rare in London. Location is absolutely TOP for touristic excursions.

Location is key in London - you do not want to waste too much time and money for complicated transport arrangements . South Kensington is one of the most upmarket and safest areas in London, meaning you can take the underground even late at night, and you will arrive home safely. You have all kinds of lovely cafes, bakeries , restaurants and supermarkets in the lovely neighbourhood - as well as two major tube stations with red double decker buses leaving from there in all london directions.
And of course all the Museums, Harrods, Kensington Palace , Royal Albert Hall, Kings Road and Hyde Park, ... .are all in very close walking distance.
