Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Five bedrooms provide space for quiet rest, including two master suites with king beds, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The main master suite on the first floor offers direct access to the pool area, along with a walk-in closet, rain shower, soaking tub, and bidet. Additional bedrooms include a Mickey-themed room with twin beds, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. A queen pull-out bed in the family room offers added flexibility.

Kitchen and dining
A kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and a built-in air fryer oven gives you room to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjoining dining area and spacious family room create an inviting setting for shared time, featuring a 65-inch Smart TV and generous seating. A dedicated workspace with a door supports guests who need a quiet spot for remote work.

The screened pool and spa are available year-round, offering a refreshing spot to unwind in the warm Orlando Area climate. Outdoor seating, patio umbrellas, and a gas BBQ grill make it easy to linger outside, whether you're drying off after a swim or gathering for a casual meal. A half bathroom with direct access to the pool deck adds convenience.

Game and play spaces
An air-conditioned game room includes pool, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, arcade games, board games, and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. Children also have access to an indoor playroom and an outdoor playground with play structures.

Amenities and comforts
The home includes in-unit laundry, bathroom essentials, room-darkening shades, central air conditioning, central heating, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and free WiFi. Families will find a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates. Guests also have access to resort features such as a gym, courts, and a fishing lake, along with lake access via a path or dock. The property is pet-friendly and provides self check-in with a smart lock.

Set in the Orlando Area with quick access to Highway 192 and I-4, the villa places you within a short drive of Disney World, Universal, SeaWorld, and nearby shopping, dining, golf, and weekend activities around the Village of Clermont.
