Property was well stocked with all one needs to setup house for a week. Close to pool. Beach is 5 mins by golf cart. Beach club not attached to property makes for a nice day. Plenty of grocery stores very close. Also restaurants are plentiful.

Family stay

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Property was very well kept and the pools were gorgeous. Short walk to beach and use of the beach club was nice, too.

Love this area and property. Host was super easy to get a hold of, very quick to respond to questions. The condo was well stocked for a family of 4 with beach towels & chairs and kitchen supplies. The area is great with plenty withing a short walk. The kids loved visiting Pops for an ice cream each night. Overall a great stay.

Great place

Great unit, great location. The property and pools are well maintained. You couldn’t ask for a better place to relax.

Great unit and highly recommended. Very nice condition, well stocked, very comfortable. End unit quiet and close to the snack bar and pools but low noise. Tree canopy on 3rd floor makes it very private. Management responsive (we had no issues, just check-in and out). Secure location and easy access. Conveniences (such as modern supermarket) a very short walk, and beach, restaurants, etc. also very walkable.

Great Location

Pacifico is a beautiful gated community. Rich Coast vacations who manages this property is amazing! Always very responsive and quick to help. This unit itself is tired, while it was very clean and in a great location for pools etc. I would look for a more modern upgraded unit. The beds were also very uncomfortable.

All about the club house

This property was very convenient in locate and made it easy to walk through town and to the beach. You can stay within the gated property

Great getaway

I've stayed at several different 3-bedrom condos at Pacifico over the years, and this one had the classiest decor of all. Highy recommended!

The property as a whole was outstanding. Pacifico is a very well kept facility with incredible landscaping and pools that will suit anyone's needs. Security to the property is taken very seriously at all times so we felt very safe. The area is very walkable so getting to the beach and/or the many shops and restaurants in the vicinity is extremely easy. The particular unit we stayed in was well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated.

Even before booking, the host was responsive and gracious. As someone who LOVES Costa Rica and visits as often as possible, I know how hot it can get. I was worried that the 74F degree limit on the AC might not be cool enough for me. The host took their time to chat with me about it. The host's responsiveness and friendly tone in all communications, continued throughout our visit. The unit was superb!! wonderful space, we never touched the AC as the unit always felt refreshing and cool. Having a standing oscillating fan was a helpful additional cooling capability for sleeping. The beds were super comfortable, the linens were luxurious, the beach towels were huge and of wonderful quality, as were the sturdy yet easy to carry beach chairs. We couldn't always find a place to sit in the shade at the resort pools (only temporarily each day). Although the community staying at Pacifico made good use of the pool - it never felt crowded, we always felt like we had a bit of space for ourselves :) it was decadent yet we felt comfortable. While the walk to the beach occasionally felt long in the heat - it was very doable and only 11 minutes (we timed it:) and the reward on each side of the walk was cool refreshing water whether in the ocean or the resort pools. I cook often and the kitchen was well stocked (dull knives but that seems the norm). It was nice to know that we could leave any extra food and the hosts would ensure it would be given to those in need.
