The home is located in the quieter Northern part of Santa Teresa, so you get convenience with out sacrificing privacy and tranquility. Don't worry, there is a cafe and sunset beach bar just a walk away and a full concierge. The open air living and kitchen areas are perfect for a big group. Private balconies off of each master bedroom and a shared upper deck seating area provides something for everyone. Casa Bri Bri is one of two thoughtfully constructed villas on the Joya Villas property. They are sustainable, contemporary, luxury villas in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, designed by award-winning architect Benjamin Garcia. Built by local carpenters and landscapers, we ensured the villas were built on a foundation of environmentally sustainable practices. Casa Bri-Bri was designed with both privacy and nature in mind and the space allows you to be inside while you enjoy the lush greenery Costa Rica has to offer. Bri Bri is comprised of four master bedrooms, each with a king sized bed. Two of the masters have Spa style ensuite bathrooms, while the other two have their own private half ensuite and share a magnificent full sized bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Each room has a magnificent ocean view so you can wake up to the sunrise and sound of monkeys before walking down to the surf. Come home to enjoy a hot shower or bath in your private en-suite bathroom or head out to the saltwater infinity pool with an ocean view for a refreshing dip. There are plenty of areas to soak up the sunshine and other areas to escape the hot Costa Rican sun and relax in the shade. The kitchen opens up to the pool area so your group can be together while experiencing different parts of the home. My favorite area of the home is upstairs in the seating area overlooking the ocean. It provides the perfect escape for someone looking for a little quiet time with a book and a view. Or, feel free to settle into some yoga on your private deck. Yoga mats provided! At night, you can choose to close the doors to the deck and pool area so you can settle into a hangout on the couch or around the large kitchen table. You will have the whole space to yourself and be able to access every room on the property. We have a full time property manager who will be onsite to assist with anything you may need during the length of your stay. We want you to enjoy complete luxury from the moment you arrive at the villa. Casa Bri-Bri comes with a full time cleaning staff, a security guard after 5pm, and a maintenance man who will be around daily to assist with anything you need. We have a full concierge to help you book anything during your stay. Guests have particularly enjoyed surf lessons, our private chefs, horseback riding, zip-lining, and massages at the house.
