Villa situated in Les Issambres village, in the golf of Saint-Tropez, at 300m walk from beaches, shops, open air markets, doctors... The rental concerns the garden level of a Provencal Villa (ground floor apartment) with a large terrace around 100 m2, where you will have at your disposal: sun beds, table, chairs, barbecue, plus a cour ideal for 'petanque' amateurs. Our appartement has air conditioning and is very well situated.
You leave your car at the house and you do everything by walk: (5/10 minutes walk) going to the beaches, restaurants, shops (bakeries...), diving club, boat shuttle to go directly to Saint Tropez.

Depending on the month, the owners will live discreetly on site, on the first floor. Wifi access provided.

Facilities: Villa at 300 metres from beaches (private or public beaches).
- at 300 metres of all shops where you have restaurants, cafés, bakeries, butcher, tobacco shop, ATM Bank...
- A health centre (doctors) available 24 hours a day/7 days a week at 5 minutes walk, with a pharmacy
- Down the street, a SPA centre where you will have activities like massage, sauna, hamam, indoor swimming pool...
- Diving centre: people who enjoy or wish to discover diving activities, a diving centre is situated at 3 minutes walk from the house. Please ask for further details.
- Golf: a golf course is at 10 mns by car from the house. Please ask for more information.
- Open air market every Monday morning near the beach (whole year).
- A night market every thursday and Sunday evening near the beach (July and August period).
- Concerts and children 'animation' organised once a week in the village (July and August period).

You can leave your car in the house and do everyhting by walk or bicycle if you rent one or boat shuttle .

Transport: Boat shuttle every hour from the port (5 minutes walk) to: Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime,Porquerolles, Les Iles de Laurens... For more transport or touristic informations, please just ask.

Très bon séjour aux Issambres ! Logement très bien équipé, terrasse sympa avec vue mer au loin, à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces. Idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région. Marcel, le propriétaire qui vit très discrètement dans un appartement indépendant est un hôte d'une très grande gentillesse. Sa fille Marie se rend toujours disponible pour répondre rapidement aux questions. Ravis de notre séjour !

Eines vorweg: Wenn es 6 Sterne gäbe, würden wir sie vergeben! Ein wuderschönes, charmantes Domizil. Wir haben uns alle sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Marcel hat uns so herzlich willkommen geheißen, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an entspannen konnten. Vor unserer Anreise hat uns Marie sehr nett und engagiert betreut und sehr schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir waren selten in einer so sauberen Ferienwohnung und hatten bisher noch keine, in der die Küche so perfekt ausgestattet war. Viel Geschirr und Küchenutensilien für wirklich alle Gelegenheiten. Die Betten waren herrlich bequem, der Ausblick von der großzügigen Terrasse wunderschön und die Lage perfekt, um alles zu Fuß zu erledigen (Markt, Einkauf, Strand, Restaurants, Bars). Marcel hat sich sehr angenehm und liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank dafür und auch für unseren tollen, unvergesslichen gemeinsamen Abend! Wir wünschen Marcel weiterhin gute Gesundheit und bewundern ihn für seine so angenehm positive Lebenseinstellung! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! A l‘année prochaine!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren als Familie mit vier jugendlichen Kindern in Les Issambres. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern mit Queensizebetten. Die gesamt Wohnung und auch die Küche sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war bei ca. 30 Grad Außentemperatur völlig ausreichend. Das Mobiliar ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr charmant und so, dass man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, über ein Update der Matratze in einem der Schlafzimmer nachzudenken. Grandios ist die große Terasse mit einem wirklich schönen Blick auf die Bucht vor St. Tropez. Grillen kann man nur auf einem kleinen Elektrogrill, was aber an den örtlichen Feuerschutzbestimmungen liegt, die offene Feuer wg. der Brandgefahr verbieten. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand und zu kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants von Les Issambres. Auch Ladestationen für Elektroautos sind zu Fuß gut erreichar. Zum Baden sind wir trotzdem meistens ca. 1,5 km mit dem Auto östlich gefahren, wo man sehr schöne Buchten findet und das Auto im Schatten parken konnte. Wir haben Monaco, Nizza, Antibes, St. Tropez und auch Aix en Provence besucht. Alles in 1 - 1,5 h erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Marie ist vorbidlich und superfreundlich. Ihr Vater, Marcel ist ein echter Schatz, immer ansprechbar und ebenfalls die Freundlichkeit selbst. Für uns zwei wirklich schöne Wochen - vielen Dank an Marie und Marcel!

Vacanza in famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza in famiglia con anche il nostro peloso… Abitazione ampia e dotata di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Distanza breve per raggiungere il mare. Spazi esterni adatti alla nostra numerosa combriccola… unico neo : condizionatore presente solo in sala ed in una delle tre camere, ma sull’annuncio non era indicato.

Merci Monica pour votre avis. Heureuse que l emplacement proche des plages de notre logement vous ai convenu, et que l espace et l électroménager disponibles aient correspondu à vos attentes. Effectivement vous êtes venu pendant une période de canicule exceptionnelle. La disposition de la climatisation a toujours été très efficace dans tout le logement, mais au vue de ces températures que nous avons eues cet été, nous allons rediscuter de son dimensionnement. Le père de Marie est très gentil. La Terrasse est large et commode. Malerheusement il y a beaucoup de traffic a les issambres

I will make sure you arrive in a confortable place, with all necesary facilities, and information to enjoy as much as your holidays. Les Issambres is a marvellous village on the French Riviera, very close to Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. A perfect place to discover la "Cote d'Azur" with all its beautiful villages and activities, in a quiet surrounded property. This is a family house where we hope you will feel "your family place" for a while.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

In summertime, French Riviera is very busy with loads of tourists. It is impossible to park to reach Les Issambres village (San Peire) by car. You have also a lot of traffic jams. The advantage of our property is that you to have the privilege to do everything by walk. You leave your 2 cars in our property, and go to beaches, restaurants, shops by walk (5/10 mns walk). Also if you want to go to St Tropez, you will take the boat shuttle at 5 minutes walk from the house, never using your car. This way you will avoid to spend your holiday time in traffic jams, or to be stressed because you cannot find a place to park for your "croissant or baguette" for your day-to-day French breakfast!

The house is first surrounded by trees, flowers, birds, a very calm area to have relaxing holidays. The perfect area where to rest. And also so close by walk to all your activities: beaches, shopping, diving centre, boat shettle to reach St Tropez. No need to take your car!
