The Lake House Hill is a beautiful, 5 bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home tucked away in Harbor Village. This home has lots of space and things to do. Beautiful new hot tub, pool table, arcade games, TV`s and amazing views of the Bear Lake. It can sleep 20 people and is perfect for all ages. Road to the home is now paved, making the access to the home easier for all vehicles. This home is just minutes away from everything. Utah State Marina, Shops, resturants , Beaver Mountain and of course the lake.

Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort.
Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guest may go directly to their properties. Additional information to properties will be given to guests after they have booked with Bear Lake Lodging.
Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Exterior security camera is located by the front door.
