The house is equipped with Smart Locks on the front and side doors, outdoor Ring security cameras, and motion lights on the corners of the house for guest security

House Rules: We appreciate your cooperation in observing our house rules.
• The house & property are non-smoking
• Respect the neighbors & Inlet Heights neighborhood. Keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• No events or parties
• Maximum of 4 vehicles. Parking is only allowed in the driveway.
