‘Villa Grande Kalkan’ is a private and luxurious villa located in Antalya Metropolitan, Kas District, Kalkan Neighbourhood, located on a hillside overlooking the turquoise sea.
You can walk 200 metres (4 min) to the beach and 3 km (30 min) to the bazaar. There is also the possibility of land and sea transport by taxi for easier access to the bazaar.
You can enter our wonderful turquoise coloured sea free of charge from the beaches lined in front of your villa. However, you have to pay a fee to the operators for sunbeds, umbrellas and other services. These businesses can offer you qualified food and beverage service all day long.

A- Our bedrooms:
Each of the 7 bedrooms has a private bathroom, balcony and is very comfortable; There are 10 beds and can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 people. A portable baby cradle (suitable for 1-3 years) is also provided free of charge.
Our master bedrooms are located on both floors and there are 2 of them. These rooms are very spacious (22m2) with king size bed (180x200), vanity table, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. All windows face the sea and have a balcony.
Our other bedrooms with queen size bed (150x200) for couples are located on both floors, large (18m2), spacious and there are 2 of them. These rooms also have a make-up table and air conditioning. The windows of these rooms overlook both the sea and the garden. Moreover, it has two balconies, one of which is large.
Our other bedrooms with single beds (100x200) are located on two floors. The area is of normal size (15 m2) and there are 2 of them. Our guests can use these rooms, which also have a private bathroom, by sleeping 4 people separately or by combining the beds. These rooms overlook the sea and have a balcony.
There is also a 7th bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the garden (12m2) to provide stair-free access to the elderly members of your family. This room has a single bed (100x200) and a folding bed (100x200) that opens when needed. This room is suitable for child carers or auxiliary staff. Some of our guests can also use these rooms, which have air conditioning, TV, table and armchair, as a study room.

B- Living room and dining room:
On the ground floor, there is a sitting corner with a fireplace and a dining corner with a round table for 10 people in an area of 40 m2. This number can be increased to 12 people with additional stools. The living corner is equipped with a 50" screen TV. You can watch your country's TV programmes with IP Tvbox. You can also use Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disneyplus, BlueTv special broadcasting platforms free of charge.

C- Kitchens:
On the ground floor there is a large and bright open main kitchen covering an area of 13 m2. In this kitchen you will find all cooking and service equipment. Porcelain and glassware for 18 people are placed in the cupboards. The high counter and stools in front of the kitchen are ideal for short snacks and drinks. The main kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, cooker, water purifier (for potable water supply), toaster, toaster, water heater, coffee machine, Italian mocha pot for 6 people and milk frother.
The small kitchenette in the attic has most of this equipment. At the 4-seater high table and rattan armchairs on your roof terrace, you will be able to prepare snacks and drinks in this kitchen, which will enhance your enjoyment of the wonderful turquoise sea view and sunsets.

D- Terraces:
Your villa has quite large terrace areas compared to others. On the sunbeds around the pool, 12 people can sunbathe together. Ground floor terrace areas are equipped with wooden and fabric pergolas to protect you from the burning sun. The water sound of the fountain in the fountain made by your property owner with his own labour will relax you in the hot moments of the day. You will be able to use another corner of the terrace at any time of the day. You can also do fitness, plates, play table tennis and darts on your large terrace. You can chat while staying cool on the patio and feel the nature closely with our landscape plants. The kitchen terrace will offer you the ideal climate for your tea parties in the afternoon.
You will not forget the pleasure of long dinners under the party lights at our terrace dining table, which is located facing the sea. Your large barbecue will provide you with enough service for this.
You will be able to carry your music wherever you want with your mobile speakers that you will connect via bluetooth in all terrace areas. You can diversify your terrace pleasure with the projection cinema system.

E- Pool :
Your private pool is 4 mt x 8 mt in size and has a seating area in the water. There is a sprinkler system in your outdoor shower located close to the pool. Pool water is measured every morning by our attendant and water quality is kept under control. While having fun in the pool, you will be able to see our green landscape and the sea of Kalkan around you.

F- Garage and car park
The villa has a covered, shaded garage for one car. It is also always possible to park an additional 2 cars on the street outside our garden wall.
