Cute, older home. Home was clean and met our needs. We did not spend a lot of time there, mostly just used to sleep the night. I would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Great location for our trips to Flaming Gorge for fishing. It was very quiet and comfortable for the week. Well appointed kitchen and availability of washer and dryer were terrific too.

The property was clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic. The host was very helpful at checkin. Very understanding with my grumpiness. I truly appreciated her quick responses to my problems.

Great little place for a stay in Vernal. Close to dinosaur national monument, right down the road from Main Street so it’s easy to get around town. Loved the backyard for the baby to play.

Convenient location.

Cute house with farmhouse appeal. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Perfect little spot for us to spend the holidays. It is a convenient location close to everything but you still feel away from it all.

This is a good house in an OK neighborhood. It is really not walking distance to anything but does have plenty of parking. The house itself is actually well laid out and the washer and dryer works very well. We did not have any contact with the owner, but getting into the unit was very easy using the code for the door.

Great base located in Vernal to explore Dinosaur National and the Uintas. Nice, clean house in a quite neighborhood. Fenced backyard a plus when traveling with pets. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was very clean, light & airy. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the main street area. All amenities worked properly and there were condiments available. Parking was accessible, the back yard spacious and clean with decent views.

Wonderful Stay, Town and Location

We spent a three wonderful nights in Vernal exploring the area and always came back to the cozy house in the evening and felt quite relaxed! For a small group of people, the house is well equipped and gives you the feeling of stepping back in time which is exactly the vibe you want in this land of ancient rock formations, dinosaurs and petroglyphs and pictographs. A great place to get to know this area of the fabulous state of Utah!

Wonderful

The farmhouse was perfect for our July 4th weekend stay! It was very clean, well appointed and even had raspberries in the back yard! Was a little concerned that it did not have air conditioning , but the window unit and fans really did the trick!It was in a perfect location for our activities in Vernal.Would highly recommend.

Cute and comfortable farmhouse

The farmhouse was full of light, private, and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the house is well-designed— it felt spacious even though the house is only 840 sq feet. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This cozy cottage reminded us of our first house. Small but comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great little stay in Vernal as we passed through.

Perfect for what we needed.

We were in vernal for an overnight baseball tourney and just needed a place to stay that would allow our golden retriever. The house was perfect size and accommodated is perfectly. It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay that wasn’t a stuffy hotel.

We loved the place and the new updates. The only problem were there were long black hairs all over the bathroom and kitchen floor which was kind of gross, but I'm guessing it was just a one time thing. It looks like it's normally well taken care of. It was perfect for our family. We would stay again next time we are in the area.
