Completely renovated home with two oversized master suites on the lower level with modern and upscale bathrooms. The downstairs family room has a huge vaulted ceiling that is open to the kitchen and dining room. This unique floorplan is a perfect setup for a large family gathering with plenty of seating and space to be comfortable. If you want a more private area, visit the upstairs media room with 80 inch TV and Bose surround sound. The Amazing chefs kitchen includes all the bells and whistles, including Bosch equipment double oven, and huge island with seating.

The dining room opens to the extremely large and secluded outdoor area. Numerous dining tables allow for seating for 16 people. An upper patio with firepit and comfy seating is the perfect area to roast some smores after a long day. Don't forget the hot tub! This new addition in 2024 is the perfect secluded spot to enjoy and will seat 7 people.

The home is located across from the Master Golf Tournament entrance gate and just minutes from tons of restaurants. If you want to relax, this is the place you will never want to leave! This home boasts so many amenities you will feel as if you have a luxury resort all to yourself.

Great house and location!

We had a great stay at this house! It was better than the online pictures and descriptions. The layout is open and spacious which allows for entertaining. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Access to the house was very simple with the electronic keypad. We would definitely rent again!

Jr Golf Tourney Group

Was really amazed at how nice this property was in the neighborhood across the street from Augusta National. We were in town for the Carolinas Jr Boys Championship with 3 dads and 3 sons. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room inside and out to stretch out. House is nicely appointed and the technology was great as well!

Wedding weekend

Super comfy

The overall stay was fantastic, super clean , beds so comfy no one wanted to get out of bed , the main living couch was the same was. Super spacious as well. Definitely will be booking again in the future.

Amazing Property

My family and I stayed here for a few days during a recent trip. We wish we could have stayed longer. It's an amazing property, very comfortable Master Mattress. Would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip.

Restort with all the comforts of home and more!

I stayed here for my 55th Birthday celebration with my girlfriends Absoultly beautiful home so spacious and clean all the amenities you could ask for the outside space with firepit and Jacuzzi heaven so relaxing. Lets talk about this host Ms Kathie was so helpful answered all questions immediately very responsive and accommodating dont miss out Book this place. My girlfriends and family still talking about it.

Perfect house for family

My husband and I live out of town but all of our children and grandchildren live in Augusta. We rented this home to have our family Christmas together. The host had already decorated inside including a lovely tree. The kitchen is huge and beautiful with designer appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful with modern updates. Beds were so comfy. Check-in and check-out was easy. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks again to our host Kathie.

Great place would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful and very taken care of. Close to downtown and shops/restaurants. Very well stocked there was nothing that we needed very roomy and comfortable.

This is a wonderful home to gather with friends and family. The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze. The bedrooms are spacious and allow privacy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Stores and restaurants are abundant and close! Great property!

Beautiful home!

Our stay was 5-star. The home is beautiful with modern furnishings, a large chef's kitchen and an open and generous layout. The design of the home allows enjoyment of both indoors and outdoors seamlessly. Communication was friendly and fast and Katherine was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property and manager to anyone staying in the area.

Awesome VRBO!

Kathleen was a great host with great communication. The house is clean, beautiful inside and out and contemporary. The kitchen was amazing, had a blast playing games at the very large dining room table and watched a couple movies in the movie room with surround sound while others were watching golf. TV's in every room. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Family Getaway

This house exceeded our expectations!!! It had everything we needed and more. We had a great time cooking in the kitchen fit for a gourmet, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, and watching movies in the media room. From the youngest to oldest, everyone had a great time! We will definitely be back!

Great Holiday Home

We stayed here for a late Thanksgiving and all I can say is ''WOW". My husband kept walking around the house saying , "Oh my gosh!" I kept asking what was wrong and all he could say is " This is awesome". We had the whole family together and we spent a lot of time outside at the fire pit. It was so peaceful except for all the noise we were making. We will come back here for sure next year. It was so nice having such a large space so we were not cramped in our small house. We really enjoyed ourselves and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in style!

Location! Perfect for families

This is one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at! From countless amenities to the cleanliness & it being close to everything, it’s just perfect. It’s such a beautiful home with plenty of parking and space for large families. I can’t think of one thing we needed that wasn’t available to us. Check-in was seamless. The theater room was probably our favorite area besides the huge cooking space! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful home in Augusta

Kathie’s property was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable for our family of six adults visiting. The house has everything you need. Everyone commented on how the owners seemed to have thought of everything you may need. The house is well decorated and appointed. The outdoor area and fire pit is nice, private, and great for hanging out.

With 3 separate patio areas, you have many choices!
