In this property, you will find 2 master bedrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs - that are equally comfortable as they are private. A futon in the upstairs loft converts into a double bed offering more sleeping room. Along with the 2 bedrooms, you will find 2 bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen offers the amenities of a stand-alone home and while you are cooking in the kitchen you will be able to take in the million dollar views of the Gore Mountain Range.
When it’s time to unwind for the night you can watch movies on the leather couch near the gas fireplace or take time to sit on the deck taking in the gorgeous views.
This location cannot be beaten, near Dillon’s stores, restaurants, brew pubs and coffee shops you have easy access to anything you might need. The local grocery store, City Market, is just up the street!

We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our properties for your arrival. This property is located in the same complex as Red Mountain Grill- a delicious restaurant that serves hearty American cuisine with Southwestern twists! Enjoy happy hour daily from 2:30-6:30.

Also in the same complex- Southern Exposure Salon. This salon offers everything from manicures, pedicures, hair treatments and tanning.

This property is walking distance to everything Dillon has to offer! It is directly across the street from Dillon Dam Brewery, Einstein Bagels, Cheeba Hut, Noodles and Company, Qdoba, Sushi, The Liquor Store, The Grocery Store, Ruby Tuesdays, the movie theater and more!!

Walk to Dillon Main Street, Dillon Marina and the Dillon Amphitheater! This property has easy access to walking and biking trails that take you along the edge of Lake Dillon.

The free bus system (Summit Stage) can take you anywhere in the County including Copper Mountain. The closest Summit Stage stop to this property is right across the street. The Summit Stage can take you directly to any Ski Resort (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper) and many other places throughout the County. This is a perfect way to travel throughout town without a car or worrying about parking for a day on the mountain.

This property is on the second floor, you will need to go up stairs to enter the property.
This is NOT a pet friendly property.
In the late 1800s, the town of Dillon was located at what is now the deepest spot in Lake Dillon. At that time a trading post and a cluster of small cabins had been established where three rivers came together in the valley. But as Denver grew, the larger city needed water storage in the high country and the small town of Dillon has to relocate to accommodate the reservoir that was built and became known as Lake Dillon. The old town of Dillon had to relocate to what is now the northeastern shore of Lake Dillon when the reservoir was completed in 1963. Silverthorne had its start as a convenient place to move the old buildings from the site of the old Dillon. The first general store and the first post office were old buildings that had been part of the old Dillon. Even the Old Dillon Inn which is noted for its "BA" sign – it actually is supposed to read "BAR", but the "R" has never been illuminated – was another building that originated in old Dillon. Even the cemetery from the town of Dillon was moved due to the formation of the reservoir.

The boom of recreational skiing which occurred in the late 1960s turned Dillon into a bedroom community for the seasonal workers who worked at the various ski resorts in Summit County. With the completion of the Eisenhower Tunnel which goes through the Continental Divide near Loveland Pass, commercial business also started to locate in Dillon. The town now enjoys a unique quality of life as a result of their fantastic alpine environment, and great outdoor activities.
We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking in the home.

1. AGREEMENT: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

Late Season Ski Trip

We stayed in the unit next door last year and this unit is very similar. We enjoyed the location and convenience to Keystone and Copper where we skied. My only grips is that it would be nice to have some blackout curtains/blinds or other way to keep the morning sunshine out in the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking gear and there were quite a few spices, etc. to prepare meals at condo.

Summit County Gem

We loved our stay. There were some stairs to contend with but that was the only challenge. Quiet and unique this rental was convenient to cook in and comfortable for relaxing. Bedrooms gave me a sense of privacy and were very quiet. The fireplace and warm in floor heating were an added bonus. We allied at Copper MT and it was a very convenient commute.

Solid central location

I don't typically leave reviews, but this place was worth leaving one. Everything was clean and organized. Everything worked as advertised. It's a great central location for hitting all the various mountains. And plenty of food options nearby. Many in walking distance. A grocery store across the main road.The small things put this place over the top for us. Individual soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, dish detergent and a new sponge in the kitchen. These small details definitely brought the place a step ahead.

Clean, beautiful and in a great location

This property is well located in Dillon. It is very clean and very nice. The amenities were all there and great kitchen tools for cooking at the condo. We had a great stay.

Very nice condo with plenty of space and amenities

The condo was decorated very nicely with everything you need for a short trip to the mountains. There is dedicated parking right below the condo in the parking lot so there was no trouble parking two cars on the weekend. The owner was very nice and had everything set to check in and out with no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Great place - well equiped, modern appartment in location close to skiing, restaurants and shops

Great place to stay with the family. Very clean. Nicely furnished and decorated. Well equiped kitchen. We very much enjoyed the open concept of the living and kitchen area with lots of windows and views of Dillon and the mountain. Very nice fireplace. We (family of 4) spent a week at this place in late March and used it as the base camp for a week of skiing at the resorts around Dillon. The appartment is perfect for that. We loved it.

Awesome condo!

We’ve had a blast coming to Colorado for skiing this spring break. In fact, just got back last night but wanted to share my experience. Absolutely beautiful condo , well equipped with all necessities. Very clean , I’m walking in my white socks in all hotels and places we’re staying to see how clean are the floors. Never seen such a well kept and clean place for a long time. Definitely, will share my experience with my skiing friends and we already plan Colorado summer hiking trip and hopefully, if the condo will be available-We’d love to stay here again. Thank you hosts!!

Nice weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here last weekend. The kitchen is well equipped, there was plenty of room (we had four adults, but 6 could easily be accommodated), and the views were great. We didn't notice any noise from being so close to the roads, which was a pleasant surprise! We appreciated how conveniently the condo is located and made several quick trips to Natural Grocers and Christy's. Unfortunately, the shower upstairs never had hot water--even when it was used for the first shower of the day. We turned the dial as far to "hot" as we could, but it was lukewarm, at best. We didn't notify the owners, so there's no way they could have known to address/fix the issue. Rather, we kept trying...hoping the first two times it happened were just coincidences or the result of simultaneously running the dishwasher, etc. Also, the bed upstairs was very hard and not all that comfortable, but it was good enough after a day on the slopes. We'll definitely consider staying here again, especially if we're sure the upstairs shower/water heater is working properly. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Convenient to everything!

My family stayed there 1/1/19-1/5/19 (2 adults and 20yo & 15yo kids). I don't think we could have been happier staying anywhere else. Everything was so convenient. We were able to walk to several very good restaurants & ski rental stores. (Dam Brewery was our favorite.) Breck was only about 30 minutes away & Keystone was even closer (and we liked it better). We are mainly Green/Blue skiers. Never Black Diamond. My favorite part about the unit was the radiant floor heat! So warm on the toes. We also loved being able to flip the switch for the fireplace. It really warmed up the area and the seating on the hearth was the perfect height. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast & snacks. The hot tub was very well maintained, but a tad bit too hot. Better too hot than not hot enough. And it was very close to the front door, so the run in your bathing suit wasn't too bad in the very cold air. The bedding linens were very comfortable & there were plenty of towels for our family of four. The hair dryer was missing from the unit, which could have been a problem had I needed to immediately leave after showering. We had the on/off lever of the 1st floor bath come off, but maintenance came same day to put it back on (just needed tightening with an allen wrench). I would definitely stay here again & would recommend to a friend. Make sure you get up early enough to catch the sunrise on the mountains out the wall of windows in the living room!

Christmas rental

Nice location but was listed to sleep 6 Which is incorrect. My son had to sleep on the couch as the little loft sleep area bed was not meant for two. We had to fix the downstairs shower faucet because it fell off the wall. We had to replace the light bulbs in the downstairs bathroom fixture over the sink as both were burnt out. The slider door lock does not lock. Did enjoy the heated floors and the fireplace.

Perfect

We love area and were so fortunate to be to stay for 6 days while working remotely. The loft work space and kitchen table were perfect and had such a great view. So convenient to restaurants, Starbucks, groceries, highway. We hope to come back next year. Tip: the downstairs shower head operates by pulling down the faucet. Needless to say, maintenance was quick to respond.

Great location

Overall it was great experience however there is no tub despite the listing saying so. I could have simply asked so that my fault. The unit did have a broken hot tub and based on previous reviews it has been broken for well over a year so to me that qualifies as not having a hot tub. A repair team was there during our stay and was attempting to cut it apart to remove it but it was frozen full of water and frozen to the deck. It's disappointing that the unit was listed to have a hot tub when it had clearly been decommissioned for a very long period of time. So word of advice would be to check with the management company prior to renting. The location was fantastic, close to everything you could need. Check-in process and simple and straight forward. The heated floors and fire place make for a cozy evening during a snow fall. House was well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay, however I recommend brining toiletries as per usual. They did provide items like dish soap and laundry detergent.
