Great place to stay!
This property is close to ASU with a grocery store just down the street. The layout of the house is great with one bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms at the other end. The living areas are cozy and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate and the house is lovely. There are train tracks right behind the house but we only heard one train a day. The property manager was great to work with and we hope to stay again some day!

Filled with warm light and comfort, welcome to your home away from home, Sunswept Skies! This beautiful 1,900 sqft home sleeps 6-7 people with 2 en-suites. There is a third bedroom and a separate guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo which is perfect for the littles. Throughout the home, there are four 85' TVs, one in each bedroom, with Netflix provided. The den has a sleeper sofa for extra guests. For your entertainment, there is a TV to enjoy watching shows together. In the evenings sit and enjoy playing together with different board games to choose from. If you need to check a few emails or work a little while on your vacation, there is a desk area in the den to use.

The luxurious kitchen has modern appliances and a walk-in pantry. You will love to whip up delicious meals for the family in this large kitchen. Not up to doing dishes? Barbecue instead! The back patio has a barbecue, patio table, and extra seating. Perfect for those beautiful outdoor dinners or just for relaxing. After dinner, play a few friendly competitive games of corn hole or see who can sink the best shot with the brand-new putting green. There is a single-car attached garage for use.
