This was an excellent place to stay! The hot tub was wonderful as was the deck on the lake. I wish the weather had been a little bit warmer so that we could have used the kayaks. We would definitely stay here again.

A little tricky getting to the cottage through all the gates but it was as advertised and we liked that it was right on the lake. Great location and very nice views from the house and back patio. The property manager (Kristi) was very responsive when we requested an item that wasnt working properly. We really enjoyed renting the pontoon boat directly from Daniel with DMT properties and the convenience of having the boat delivered to us at the attached boat dock. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed the cottage. The deck over the water was very relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed pizza from Delucas. Perfect place for a relaxing get-away.

Really great experience and the property is very nice and right on the water! We had a great time and will definitely return to this home. The owners have a pontoon boat available for rent and their staff did an excellent job of making sure the boat was exceptionally clean and ready to take out on the lake. The pricing was way cheaper than expected which made the vacation even better since it's docked at the home for your convenience. The location is close to the hot springs downtown area and we were able to go to the Alligator farm, Fat Jacks restaurant, several boutique shops , and we went to Hot Springs Off Road for and ATV ride. Daniel and his staff were very attentive and did such a great job with their guests Love this place!

Beautiful lake house stay right on the water. Unfortunately we mostly booked it because it had a hot tub and when we got there it wasn’t running. Other than that the house was beautiful and spacious.

Cozy place!

We stayed here a few days with our son and it was perfect! We had morning duck visitors and enjoyed a spectacular fue works show on the water!

If you want to be on the lake it doesn’t get better that this. Perfect size home with a great layout. Would relook to stay again.

Beautiful, quiet property

Nice, clean, quiet home with a large outdoor area right on the lake. The house has a good floor plan with large windows and beautiful views.

Relaxing comfortable stay

This place is cozy and amazing. Loved sitting outside literally over the top of the water. Great location. Am already planning return trip. The only plus would be a king size bed in the master

Great little cottage for a getaway

This was a very cozy cottage to stay in with my family. Wide open layout and the deck was very nice to sit out on. Very clean and has all the basic needs for your trip. The only thing that was missing was plastic cups for kids, but we had their water bottles so we made do. Otherwise we loved it and will be back again.

Hot Springs Heaven!!!

Amazing property great hosts everything was just as described and pictured. Couldn’t have picked a better place to spend a couple summer nights. Boat dock on site swimming off the dock son playing with his RC boat off of the dock very close to Fisherman’s Wharf. Perfect! Can’t wait to be back!

Can't wait to return!

This property was so lovely.. just as it was described. Our stay was during February, so we really enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. The views of the lake from the cottage windows were stunning. Since the weather was cold and rainy, we did not use the deck, but it will be so great during the warmer months. We can't wait to plan a return visit to Pine Hill Cottage!

Spring break 2024

The house was everything I expected and more. The location on the lake can not be beat! The layout of the house was perfect with the kitchen/living/dining are open and have plenty of windows overlocking the lake. We used the covered dock for our boat and that was very convenient. The furnishings were tasteful and beautifully decorated yet comfy. Had a little hiccup on the hot tub but they sent out someone immediately to fix the problem. Will stay again for sure.

Stairs to deck (back door) need a hand rail. Bring your own zip lock bags, tin foil, etc. Grill grates rusted you will need tin foil if you plan on grilling. Great house- Great Location just need to address every day items.

Great stay! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our host, Kristi, was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay again.
