Wonderful, comfortable home in Bonita Springs

A very well appointed and comfortable home for our family group of four adults. The home is well represented by the listing photos. We found that this home had an extensive list of amenities intended to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. Great location for enjoying the beach and a really nice collection of quality restaurants within walking distance. We’d book this home again without hesitation.

Bonita Springs

This is an outstanding property, great location, the host's attention to detail, the overall condition of the house and the amenities provided were the best I have experienced at VRBO. Many of the items you would assume you might need to bring were included for the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to do any cooking you might want to do. It is located 5 minutes from North Maples, and about 10 minutes from Delnor Wiggins Park, which has a very nice natural beach . Owners were very receptive to any questions or concerns.

Bonita Springs Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property! The home is so spacious, has plenty of room for a family group, is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The large lanai is delightful! We truly appreciated the proximity to several beaches and the many restaurants within walking distance. Karin was so prompt to reply to any questions we had. It was a fantastic “snowbird” experience for us!!

Absolutely beautiful retreat

This home was the perfect size, the perfect style and perfectly set up to be functional and comfortable for us when we were alone and also when our family came to visit. The kitchen was even nicer than I thought it would be. Very well accessorized and organized. There were all the pots and pans, baking pans and storage containers I needed over the course of our 5 week stay. Nothing was overlooked by these owners. There was a great coffee maker, and even a bag of coffee! Extra paper towels and TP, dish washing soaps, trash bags, and loads of dish towels. The linen cabinet was filled to the brim with extra towels. The bathrooms felt as if we were at a resort. We loved the huge lanai set up for leisure and dining. We used it every single day. The fans out there kept it very comfortable. The bird songs were an added pleasure. The beds were all comfortable. There was plenty of clothes storage in each bedroom. The W/D worked well. We have stayed in the area before. We like this location for a number of reasons. Its proximity to the Bonita Beaches and also the Vanderbuilt Beaches. It is close to a number of restaurants, food shopping and great shopping malls. Downtown 5th Avenue is a simple straight ride away. We went in for lunch several times. The landscaping on the property is lovely. The photos on the website don't do the place justice. The owners are friendly, communicative, helpful and generous people. We loved being there and hope to stay there again.
