Experience the Florida lifestyle in this recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, just a short 3-minute walk to beautiful Bonita Beach and a mere 1-minute stroll to the bay.

With approximately 2,800 sq. ft. of newly remodeled living space, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 12-14 guests. Games and essential beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, outdoor games, coolers, beach cart and more included.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a fridge with a water/ice dispenser, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It's equipped with all the small appliances you might need, such as a brand-new coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We've also provided new silverware, plates, pots, pans, and more. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, and paper towels are supplied to ensure a hassle-free stay.

The main living area offers an open and spacious layout with new furnishings, a 65-inch 4k HD TV, and high-speed WiFi throughout the house. The dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional chairs available for larger groups.

The master bedroom features two queen-sized beds, an ensuite bathroom, three large closets, and a spacious dresser.

Upstairs, you'll find two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom includes two queen-sized beds and shares a full bathroom with the second guest bedroom, which has one queen-sized bed.

The upstairs loft provides additional sleeping space with a trundle day bed featuring two twin beds, along with a 43-inch TV. There's also a small area off the living room with another trundle day bed that can accommodate two more people.

For your convenience, there's a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, along with all the laundry soap you'll need during your stay.
