It is a house to relax, in a quiet community and close to markets, gas stations and more. If I want to let you know that the garage of the property is converted into a completely independent apartment and with independent utilities and entrance, it is rented separately from the property, in case you feel any, do not be surprised, the person who is renting the apartment does not have access to any area of the house I just let you know because I think it's important that you take this into account. The person who is in the apartment will not bother you. Apart from this it will be a great stay with good tranquility and with total security thanks

Vegas Bday Bash

We had a great time the property is really close to the strip and the property manager was there for whatever we needed. I will stay here again if I went back to Vegas.

The host was friendly and the house was clean. Enjoyed the pool to the max! Short distance to the strip.

No frills but adequate

Property was clean but sparse with homey touches - very basic. We had 6 people stay 3 nights without a problem. Many pictures online but still none of the outside or living room. Would recommend for inexpensive and no extras. Great location to the strip though.

Location was perfect

The location and size of home was perfect. All amenities one would need minus cups, glasses and silverware. It seems like it is a newer listing and pool chairs would have been perfect. Owner was great at communicating and was always quick to respond. If I’m ever back in Vegas I would book again!

Great place

Jose was good at letting us know what needed to be done. Mostly there to answer questions when we needed anything. Kitchen needed a couple more things, but we managed. Two new couches arrived when we were there so seating was good. Beds were comfortable. VERY close to the strip and airport so you can get around for not that much. We had a car so it was perfect. Really did not hear the planes so sleeping is easy because neighborhood is pretty quite.

The house is nice enough but the sheets that were on the bed were stained. One bed had one sheet that did not cover the mattress. We found a sock in a bed and for toilet paper we were provided with a roll of paper towels that had been cut in half. Seriously? I had to walk to 7-11 in order to buy a couple of rolls of single ply that were not pleasant. We also discovered the attached apartment in the converted garage that had not been disclosed. A place like this makes me ready to go back to the hotels on the strip.

BEWARE OWNER DOES NOT RESPOND

I booked this property for Memorial Weekend. I got sick prior to my stay and tried to contact owner to see if it was possible to change dates. Owner NEVER responded. I contacted VRBO and they said if he did not send entry instructions on the day of stay, they would reimburse. Owner finally sent entry instructions 1 hr before the stay so I was not reimbursed. I would NOT book this place because there is no expectation that this owner would ever respond if needed. Paid for a stay plus cleaning fees for a place that was never used

Business travel with coworkers

The pictures fairly represent what the property has, but don't represent what it doesn't have. The property was very clean - and upgrades were evident, but not comprehensive. The beds were comfortable, but overall the property was sparsely furnished and equipped. A single 3 person sofa in front of the TV is the only lounging option outside of the bedrooms (aside from the dining room table). Communication through the VRBO portal was non-existent prior to our stay - despite multiple attempts reaching the owner. Jose was responsive with phone and text, though, so we were able to get the code to the unit upon arrival at Vegas.

Reminder not to stay here again.

Pictures look good but on arrival was not exactly the same. First night our kid was running around and literally had black feet. Window blinds are broken. Asked for an early checkin and never got a response back. Never got any info about checkin, code for door, or info on checkout, what needed to be done, until i actually asked. AC was not working which was the worse. Triple digit temps and house stayed at an average of 85 degrees inside. Pool was dirty but we had no choice since ac was not working. Shower curtain was dirty. I would never stay here again. Cheap but its a no for me.

Las Vegas get a way.

Location was great. Four bedrooms were great with quality beds...each bedroom had one king or one queen bed in it; not 2 as listed in the online ad. It has two nice bathrooms--a couple repairs needed in one (towel bar repair and drawer repair). I believe the owner is just starting out on this property as it is lacking many amenities. They each had one towel for their 5 day stay and no washcloths. It does however have a washer and dryer. They needed to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, etc as the house and kitchen was not very well stocked. It had a nice tv and large couch with two end tables--they enjoyed some Netflix watching. AS they owner continues to develop the property, it will be a great place to stay. I also had a difficult time getting ahold of the owner. No mailbox set up and waited until last minute to get the code to the house. Most past stays the owner has contacted us to ask how things were going or answered any questions promptly. But I am sure he is learning.
