Clean, new property. Great location. Great communication with the host. No dining room table. No separate zone for the upstairs, so AC was essentially useless, but it was comfortable with the windows open all but a few hours in the early evening. Garage access (single car, but long) was an added bonus.

This house was perfect for my family. There were four adults and two children, and the layout was great. Check-in was a breeze and excellent communication. Walking distance to town was wonderful as well.

This property was even better than expected. Very well appointed, clean fresh decor and top notch appliances. The location is ideally located close to everything. The restaurants are outstanding in Pagosa! We were never disappointed. An all-around great vacation rental and get away!

The house probably the cleanest and fully stocked with the basic housekeeping supplies, complete sets of nice dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and pots/pans! Maddie from the management company was quick and friendly to respond to my few questions before arrival. Made our vacation a breeze when we didn’t have to run to store for toilet paper or paper towels! Will definitely be booking again next year!

Pagosa Springs Modern Luxury Home

Beautiful modern home just a 15 minute walk to downtown. Every amenity provided. Perfect location for a stay near all Pagosa Springs activities.

Loved it!

The property was great! Everything was clean, so cute and very cozy and comfortable. Even my teen boys loved the house! Great location, close to everything. Master mattress amazing!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great home to stay in Pagosa. This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and up to date. This place has everything you needed. I had 5 adults and 2 children stay here. We were very comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. It does need a place to store clothes in each bedroom.

Great Downtown House

This was a great place for the family to stay for Spring Break. We loved being closer to Wolf Creek than our previous Uptown rentals--a few minutes' extra sleep in the morning--and the garage was a huge bonus. The property was clean and well sorted. The only negative was that the garage door wasn't programmed for us but we figured it out. The property manager was quick to answer texts.

Nice place

Communication with property, owner and VIP management was fairly easy. When I had actual questions about the IP services, there was a bit of a delay in response. But everything worked out. The property was new, clean, and just close enough to activities to be extremely convenient, but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Although there are trailer houses in the neighborhood, everything still felt call upscale and new at the location. The resident neighbors next-door even shared it with us. They were very kind. Overall, it was the right choice of lodging during our stay in Pagosa Springs.

Great location and charming rental

Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen which is a little off-putting at night. The only other thing I would recommend would be adding lamps in the living room and master bedroom. The only option for lighting are bright overhead lights. I can' t wait to come back and stay at this property again!

Amazing trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was a dream from start to finish. House was immaculate and well stocked for a “feels like home” stay. The rental company was so responsive and helped us trouble shoot a wifi issue (that ended up being our fault). We were so close to everything and within walking distance to the park so the kids could get their energy out early. Some reviews stated that there was no privacy. This has been fixed in all rooms except the from living room window. It was a little strange but not something that hindered our time. The owners have thought of everything else! We will be back for sure.

Beautiful home interior! The upgrade appliances were an added touch. Layout of the first floor was good. Accommodations were upscale and well thought out. Five star for these comments. Other observations and comments:-the house next door was a junk yard of old vehicles! Was a little concerned about who was living there…-the front and side yard of the house we stayed in had not been mowed in months! The weeds were up to my knees. Very messy yard and landscape. -front porch and chairs were so dirty, that I called the liaison and asked for chairs to be cleaned and cobwebs removed. -there are no towel racks in the bathroom. -no living room curtains. Felt like I was in a fish bowl, especially after dark. -there was not a Mountain View, as stated in ad.I’d give above comments a 1 or 2 star rating. Actually, I loved the warm and cozy nature of the house! I was expecting a different experience, based on the amount of money we paid to stay at this beautiful place.

Nice neighborhood and conveniently a few minutes out of town and one block off the river. Property was nice all around, kitchen amenities were great. Only issue we had was one of the beds linens were covered in black hair all throughout. Thankfully management was quick to fix the issue. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in town

Wow, incredible house with everything you could want

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically don't leave reviews but this was certainly worthy of one. After no availability at The Resort we decided to look into VBRO. So glad very did and found this gem. The house is an amazing mountain home. While not on a huge lot it is huge in every other way. We'll stocked, beautiful home, everything was comfy, everything you could want was there. It is right next to town. You could walk or take a short drive. So glad we picked this over the Resort. No loud people, no crowding, just peace and quiet to do what we wanted. We will choose here on our next trip!!
