Cozy Cabin

My wife and I loved our stay! We had an amazing time going down to the docks every morning to fish. We felt right at home!

Perfect

Great little cabin right next to the pool. Was perfect and quiet just like we wanted. Will definitely stay here again.

Great weekend birthday getaway!

Very nice area! Remote, but close enough to explore and visit the surrounding places, lake and attractions! Cabin was very nice, clean and homey! Would definitely recommend!! 😊

The cabin was clean and pretty well updated. There is no general store on the property and the resource room only had a few rolls of toilet paper, a couple rolls of paper towels, and some bedding. There was a laundry room but the washer and dryer’s appeared to be rusty so no way would I recommend using those. The pool at first observation looked pretty good until our young son ended up having a reaction to something in the pool on our first night there and ended up with some sort of chemical burn. Consequently, three more days of no swimming. Not any views to speak of as the whole place needs a good cleaning as far as overgrown vegetation. Fishing was ok at best. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here not a good experience.

Cory, we've very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at the resort. We wish you would have notified us right away about the pool chemicals. We have a third party company that maintains/treats the pool and we have notified them of this issue. We apologize for that! The supplies you mention are what should be stocked in the resource room. Everything else you should need is stocked in each unit. The washers & dryers- we have a rusty one or two but this is only on the outside. We use them regularly for all our white linens you see in the cabins and have no issues with the functionality of them. Our lawn care company regularly sprays the hillside to decrease weedy vegetation. Every winter, we have the leaves professionally removed. Otherwise, we prefer to keep our large, mature shade trees to keep our guests comfortable in the intense summer sun. ~Amanda~

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was located in a great location. We really enjoyed the pool & swimming dock. Very close to great restaurants & attractions (Bridal Cave & Ha Ha Tonka State Park). Amanda was great to work with & responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this place!

Nice cabin

Older property, but well maintained. Nice folks around. We fished right off the dock a few feet from our cabin. The cabin was super cute. Bedding was dreamy!

Get away

Great time! Cabin was just what I needed to spend a few days near Ha Ha Tonka. Brought my dog with me and he loved it. Beautiful property.

Perfect For Us

When we first entered the cabin, I thought it might be a little smaller than what I wanted, although the pictures are very accurate❤️. Turns out, it was everything we (2 people) needed and perfect for us! The king-size bed was wonderful. Everything Clean! Everything, including Super Walmart, was a short drive. We weren't able to do everything we wanted because it was so hot Aug 20-25, that we were in the pool a lot. The pool is wonderful too! The lighting/light poles were perfect so we didn't need a flashlight and one shone over the pool. Great people all around.

Cabin Getaway

Except for a few inconviences the property was a charm. Many of these issues were probably caused by recent upgrading and may not be relevant in the near future. Not much parking, not bad but tight. The caboin in close to the parking/roadway and the matchstick shades provided less than adequate privacy, expecially in the evenings. the cabin could have been aired out better prior to our stay. The location is not in the hoping part of the lake and that was a +. We didn't use too much of the facilities but they seemed find, note a new pool is being put in+The area was quite and well wooded+ We were in Lake of the Ozarks to visit our son and familiy and this was a nice get away.
